Great tent stakes. Can be used very effectively with a hammer. Removes from the ground easily too. Our first tent that we bought 15 years ago came with the same style of stakes and I've been sold on them ever since. I found these and was super excited! Definitely not heavy duty! The metal stake is less than 1/4" in diameter. The orange plastic part is about 2/3 the size of my old ones that are actually heavy duty. They are also constantly lighter, and some came already with a slight curve. I have serious doubts about the ability of these stakes to hold in wind.
