I wanted to wait a few months of using the sauna tent before I posted. I use this 6-7 days a week and I love it! I set it up very easily by myself and have the heaters plugged into two separate outlets in my garage (having them plugged into same outlet blew the circuit). It takes about 12-15 minutes to have it heated to a really good sauna temp. I suffer from MS and psoriasis and this has been a game changer for me. I’m so happy I purchased it.

Ok truthfully at first I was disappointed in shipping status of my order. Did not receive it on date that either seller or Amazon stated I would receive it. Highly disappointed in this. After messaging Amazon and seller , seller I believe accelerated shipping? BUT once I received it simple instructions to put together really impressed with quality of material it being my main concern. Used it and LOVE it more than I expected. Came with two steamers they blasted steam I hooked up both really could have used just used one. Seller you have a great sauna . And for those that are looking for a two person sauna I highly recommend purchasing this one.

I bought this because I needed more room than my 1 person tent. It is very nice to have one I can stretch out in solo, or share with my wife if she is feeling up for the adventure. It went together pretty easy and even though it is pretty lightweight I am not worried that it will collapse on me and I was testing it within 30 minutes of unpacking it. It comes with 2 steamers and I have read reviews saying you only need one, HOWEVER... Even though 1 steamer will give you some low temperature sauna steam, I found that it wasn't intense enough for me to get a good 20 min sweat going. The size of the tent is big enough that the 2nd steamer is really needed for the full sauna experience. The tent comes with a port on either side for the steamers to connect to but I moved one port so both are on the same side to save some space. You most likely will want to try to run both steamers from different circuits to be safe, but a short extension cord made that easy for me. The end result is an awesome sauna tent that up morning minimal space in my garage that gives me super awesome steam baths. I love it!

This sauna is bigger than what you might expect. It fits two average sized people easily and takes up a lot of room is a basic sized room. Probably best for a wide open space because taking it apart and putting back together is not something you’ll want to do over and over. You’ll want to set it up for nice and leave it there. The built in windows are also nice if you can place it in front of a TV or whatever you want to keep an eye on. Otherwise, it is easy to operate and generates plenty of hot steam. Be careful when taking it apart after use, the hot water can spill out onto the floor and make a mess.

Absolutely amazing, 2 heaters will most likley blow your breaker, but using one works just fine. Just takes a bit longer to heat up than a one person one. But you'll have an extra heater in case it goes out one day. The wool floor is a whole game changer too that doesn't come with a lot of these. Its perfect if you ask me.

I purchased one of your saunas less than two months ago and have only used it a handful of times. Up until now, it has worked perfectly and I’ve followed all usage instructions carefully — including always ensuring water is filled, turning off the machine before unplugging, and using it as directed. Unfortunately, during my most recent use, one of the mist-producing machines stopped working completely. Despite taking proper precautions and having had no prior issues, it suddenly seems to have malfunctioned. Given the short time I’ve owned it and how lightly it’s been used, I am very disappointed, especially after investing a significant amount of money in this product. I’m hoping this is a one-off issue and would appreciate your support in resolving it — whether that’s troubleshooting steps, a replacement part, or a full unit replacement if necessary.
