I am so glad that I took a chance and ordered this. It was a new offering with only a single feedback, but the product and price looked great. I researched for weeks before making this choice and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of construction is better than expected. The unit went together easily and is solid once everything is buckled together. I questioned this whole buckle system, but it's excellent and allows you to easily disassemble the sauna if needed. It has plenty of room for two large adults and heats up quickly. There are infrared panels along the back, sides, sides of your legs and behind the bench. There is a carbon panel on the floor for your feet. The distribution is everywhere for even coverage. Everything works as expected. There is a color changing light on the top (red therapy, etc.) and LED strip lighting throughout that matches the color. There is also a second light that is white if you don't want color. The bluetooth audio system was easy to pair and sounds better that I expected. 2 speakers above you work better than models that have it on the side since it's distributed evenly. You can talk to someone without one person getting blasted out. The glass door is very thick and the hardware is solid and locks perfectly with magnets. The glass on the sides of the door is even double paned. I was originally looking to spend $3-5K for a sauna and can't possibly imagine anything else I would desire that this doesn't have. We turn it on, get in once it hits just below 130, then turn it to 150 and sit in for about 25 minutes. The temp keeps creeping up while we are in it. I can't imaging needing it any hotter. As we get used to it we will do some longer sessions. The shipping company that handles the freight is a disaster (CEVA logistics). I scheduled 4 appointments with them and they never made a single one of them...no call, no show. Very frustrating. They happened to call me to drop off the sauna on a day that wasn't schedule (I just happened to be home) and they mixed up my order with something else and I had to refuse it. The seller is AMAZING! Quick response, shipped out a replacement right away, apologized and kept in touch through the process. I finally received the replacement (after another no show, no call) on a day that it wasn't scheduled and I can say that it was worth the hassle. I don't want to judge the product or the seller based on the inept delivery company. The product and the seller are both 5 star! Purchase this with confidence!

Didn’t Expect to Love It THIS Much

I bought this on a recommendation from a coworker and honestly thought it would be one of those gadgets you use for a week and forget about. Nope. I’m in it almost every day. I love that the heat is dry and comfortable. I can breathe easily, and the warmth relaxes my shoulders and neck better than any heating pad ever has. The carbon heating panels warm up fast, and the interior lighting makes it feel super peaceful. The WiFi control is such a game changer. I preheat it on my phone while finishing up dinner, and by the time I'm ready, it’s at the perfect temperature. Build quality is excellent too—feels like something from a high-end spa, not a flimsy at-home unit. If you’re debating between this and paying for weekly spa sessions, just get this. It’s already paid for itself in stress relief alone
