The media could not be loaded. If you’re looking for a feature-rich, easy-to-use indoor sauna, this one is absolutely worth it! I have been wanting a sauna for all the health benefits but needed something smaller so that it didn’t overwhelm my space. This sauna has delivered on all fronts. The low-EMF infrared system is important to me and it heats up quickly; usually within 8–10 minutes. For a compact sauna, it packs surprisingly advanced smart features. This is where the SaunaPro really stands out. * I can preheat the sauna through the app, so it's ready the moment I step inside. * The LCD control panel is intuitive and easy to adjust. * The FM radio picks up signals easily. * Bluetooth connectivity works flawlessly—no drops and the speakers provide great sound. * WiFi setup was easy to do through the app. The 9-color LED light therapy system is something I didn’t expect to love so much. Each color sets a different tone; Red soothes pain and aids recovery; Blue calms the mind and purifies skin; Yellow boosts energy; Green balances the body; Purple aids meditation. It transforms the interior into a genuinely calming environment. The wood construction is excellent, smooth, solid, and has a natural aroma that creates a spa-like feel. Everything feels sturdy, with no wobbling or cheap panels. The panel clips are sturdy and hold the panels together firmly. Assembly took under an hour for 1 person and the instructions were clear with pictures of what each part looks like. Each piece was labeled well making following the directions easy. The flame-retardant interior materials give me peace of mind, especially when I’m using the sauna daily. Although this is marketed as a 1-person sauna, it doesn’t feel small or cramped at all. It fits my husband who is 6’ 2” with enough room to sit comfortably with good leg space, and the bench is solid and supportive. The compact size is perfect for apartments, fitness rooms, closets, bathrooms or spare corners. After consistent use (about 20–30 minutes per session), I’ve experienced: * Improved sleep quality * Lower stress levels * Fewer sore muscles after workouts * Clearer skin and better circulation * A daily “reset time” that helps me unwind It truly feels like having a private spa at home. For the price it is well made and offers so many different options to create the best sauna experience.

No regrets. Its a chunk of change but i think it offers best value per dollar. It arrived quick no damage, packed excellent 3 boxes. Ton of engineering in this, fits together perfect. If you were a really picky person about detail it would be hard to find a fault with it. Im not paid to write this, its a genuine review, ive used it twice now and it does not look act or feel cheap, it has a high quality vibe to it. 150F max temp, 90 min max time. Great sounding built in bluetooth music. Lighting is perfect. I cant think of a single negative. Blood pressure dropped from 140 ish to 110, im sure thats temporary but i think this could be a game changer for health, certainly to lighten the load for kidneys and liver.

No the item does not have a computer that works right and I have to decide to return it. If I dont I cant use it well. Example the blue tooth does not work. And turning off and on is impossible for some features. You can turn on and off the heat, but not the radio for example. They appear not to want to fix the computer or send another one. The packaging was faulty and probably rattles a chip loose. Poor experience so far. I sent them pictured of the computer box hanging loose and all the screws were missing or loose that were supposed to be holding it in place and all the tears on the box so they could see how rough the shipment on it.

Fairly easy assembly and heats up quickly BUT…. Heaters are placed right where you would lean back but you CANNOT lean back and relax because it is so hot. Major design flaw in my opinion.

Been wanting this sauna for weeks and once it went on sale I grabbed it. Such a great sauna. Has all the bells and whistles for an affordable price. Heats up pretty good. Love the different lighting options towel rack is cool and so is cup holder. Get it while it’s on sale. So worth it 😊 the Bluetooth and app are a bonus

WOW! just WOW! This is solid quality and EXTREMELY easy to assemble. Only used it a couple of times so far, it does take a bit longer than advised to warm up but it does get hot.
