Very nice, easy set-up. They had links in instructions if help is needed for set up but I didn't need, it was simple. Read all instructions first. Came with plastic mat to lay down first. Then connected to the unit to blow up. Only took a few minutes to blow up. Then filled with water. And covered with included cover. I put mine on a outdoor un heated covered porch, that has a cement floor. Worked well it was already smooth an level. Water was 54° after filling. Dropped to 35° overnight, so I layed a comforter over to help insulate just in case. It was 95° in 12 hrs, 104° within 24 hrs. Maybe sooner I was at work. The bubble do cool it down, because it uses outside air... was 48° outside. Bubbles were surprisingly strong. So keep in mind as instructions stayed, with bubbles on and cover off it dropped to 100° .

I am heartbroken that after spending over $500 on this hot tub, mat & chemicals I was only able to use it a couple of times before it became completely unusable. I invested even more money into treatment products trying to make it work, but it has been nothing but frustration. I am a single grandmother caring for toddlers after losing my daughter, and this purchase was meant to give me a little comfort and relief. Instead, it has turned into wasted money and disappointment. Amazon and the manufacturer should stand behind this product. Something this expensive should last more than a few uses. Please be cautious before purchasing.

Hot tub works great. I built a platform out of reclaimed pallets and two sheets of plywood and made an 8x8 my tub is 6x6 plus heating apparatus. platform pitched just slightly for runoff which is perfect. I recommending buying a chemical set and a pool skimmer and a 74cm yoga ball to hold up the cover during a rainstorm so you don't have to keep bailing out the top. As long as you keep the filters (buy the threaded style) cleaned and the chemicals ongoing you are in for a treat. I wish the temperature could go a little bit higher because sometimes it's more like a soaking tub than a hot tub. But overall very pleased with the product. For the purchase price. Due to himidity it is not recommended for indoors for ling term ise so use caution if you're planning on having it up regularly. Mine has been going for 2 and 1/2 months strong outside in MN with no major issues. The instructions could be more clear about setup and maintenance, However it's more than what I expected for the price. If it died tomorrow I would purchase the same one again! All said and done I'd estimate it was a total of $750 for everything to enjoy the summer and I ise it daily!

Horrible customer service. Beware if you are trying to return. I personally did not like the product. It did not get warm enough for me I would prefer an hot bath over this blow up jacuzzi. The bubbles were not relaxing to me and the water started to stink after a couple days even with cleaning solution and cleaning filter. Not worth the money to me. I was hoping it was be an easy return but I kept getting the run around from seller / customer service who pretty much copy pasted “solutions” over and over and they have 24-48 hours to reply. That in itself took a week. They kept asking for pictures so they can replace parts. I never said it was broken I just didn’t like it because It didn’t meet my expectations of product. Finally after putting complaint with Amazon I started getting different responses without the copy / paste solutions. After finally getting a label from seller and item was sent. I let the seller know that I have a new debit card number with same bank account in case there was an issue with refund. I was told by customer service rep Susan that it will be returned to original payment and there is nothing they can do if I am unable to receive it. Wow 🤯 $500 purchase and that’s how you respond, is that how you treat your customers! I was so frustrated by then I finally confirmed with bank that after 5 days after they received item they didn’t release funds. They finally refunded me and it was the longest most frustrating process I have ever experienced when ordering from Amazon. Next time I am getting from actual store so I know I can return easily. Beware of third party sellers. I’m hoping they’re not all like this. Like I said this was my first experience with such horrible customer service while using Amazon. Wish you all well 🙏🏽
