On the downside the covert could use some type of semirigid support so that rain water doesn’t puddle on its surface. And the filters need to be replaced in what I consider far too soon a time frame

We have shopped Amazon since 2016 for hot tubs. Usually we buy Saluspa. At the time of needing a new one saluspa didn’t have my choice. This is I believe our 4th maybe 5th time ordering w Amazon. Let me say I saw this hot tub w the LED LIGHTS.. So we ordered it. When we we’re setting up it was very simple.. being too our prior experience.. As soon as hubby pulled out the motor for this unit my shoulders dropped. The casing it is set in is some CHEAP PLASTIC TYPE PRODUCT.. Unlike Saluspa. We went ahead and filled the tub. Turned on motor to heat water. Took longer than normal.. Finally temp was there. I got in had a good experience with the jets n heat of water. For medical reasons is SCIATICA I depend on my hot tob for relief.. the next few days were fine. Then problems began. I kept hearing the alarm alerts saying ERROR. HUBBY resets. Be damned. 6 hours later “ALARM ALERT”. Finally I walked by the tub shockingly 😳 the temp of the water read 115’… that’s dangerous.. Hubby unpluged it… we waited 1/2 a day. Turned it on again NOTHING… We could NOT get the water to heat up… I warn anyone thinking of buying this PRODUCT (DONT) DO NOT it is a very cheap CHEAP PRODUCT.. Manufactor really cheaped out on the material for the casing and motor also heating parts.. DON’T waste your money. Now i must fight with Amazon to see if they will let us apply what we paid for a Saluspa. MY MESSAGE TO ALL YOU SHOPPERS IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP MANUFACTURER that Amazon agreed to back then up to sell their product…. 2nd photo was 1st time it worked …1st photo is the tub just sitting there covered DEAD.

Well worth the money (so far). Gets up to 103 and the bubble action is surprisingly robust. Bought it as a gift for my daughter, the son-in-law, and grandkids and they use it nearly every night. I got to try it finally last night and it seems like it was a good purchase.

Great size and super easy set up. Not a huge fan of the filtration system. Also, the Coleman had an insert in the cover to keep water from pressing it down.

Great purchase! I use it every night! Also if you are not spa or pool smart remember to put the cover on top keep the heat and or let it build up heat.

the spa has been given us all kind of problem, it wouldn't stay inflated and the air would coming out. There was no visible hole that we could determine. The pump was not working it was beeping when connected. We spent hours trying to trouble shoot but just wasted time. We have reached out to the seller who was willing to do trouble shoot, but it is all time consuming, after going back and forth for a month, the seller replaced the item all together the spa and the pump (as we didn't know what is wrong), but the new one that arrived as a replacement doesn't work either. The motor (pump) is beeping and doesn't work. I am giving a 1 star for the seller. Although he went back and forth in the attempt to troubleshoot and even sent a whole replacement one - the second one didn’t work as well. Seller refunded.

It is a nice hot tub. Was easy to set-up. Easy to fill and everything functions properly. It heated to 104° in a reasonable timeframe.
