I’ve been baking long-fermented sourdough for almost a year now, and had been tracing my rounds out of parchment paper each time 😆 Little did I know that these silicone rounds (with handles!) existed. These work perfectly for my boules in my 5 & 7 qt. Dutch ovens. I’ve used them 20+ times now with temps as high as 480 degrees and they’re like new. Maybe a tiny bit of browning on one of them, but that could come off with soap and water. The silicone brush/spatula are cheap/low quality. I rarely use them as they’re quite flimsy (thin coating of silicone), and I can feel the metal. I didn’t buy this set for those items, so I’m still pleased with my purchase.
