These bags are awesome! I was able to pack a lot in them and they compressed really well! Super easy to use and they helped keep me organized from my carry-on to my checked bag. The pattern I chose went with my duffle bag and I was pleased with that. Such a great deal that I bought them twice! No words smells either. I found these from a travel article and they were rated well. Glad I picked them over the plastic bags.

All you really need to know is I'm buying another set and maybe a third for my wife. I'm a military roller when I travel. On our first week long trip to the east coast I used regular packing cubes and they were better than just rolling because it allowed for better organization. The second week long trip to the east coast I used these compression packing cubes - no rolling. I was able to pack everything from the 1st trip in the same 24" suitcase with room to spare for a windbreaker, sweatshirt and light coat. Lastly, the 2 different color zippers made packing so much easier. Wish my luggage came that way. So simple but great idea at the same time.

First time using these and gotta say they work. Tested one for a weekend backpack; fitted 4 days of shirts and underwear nicely, including one bathing suit and a short. Next to pack for a 16 day trip; these helped a lot.

These have sturdy stitching and zippers. The material is lightweight and washes well. A couple of small cubes worked better for me than the bigger ones. Smooth items out and fold them neatly to fit the dimensions of the cube, then zip it up. I did not use the cubes for all my clothes -- some items still fit best when rolled and crammed into available nooks and crannies in my suitcase. Even if you are not stuffing them to the max and compressing things, the cubes are useful for organizing items. For example, I used a small cube for my travel scarf in my carryon to keep it separated and easy to locate. I'm buying a set for each of my kids for Christmas.

Perhaps my expectations were not as they should be, but I thought that by purchasing "compression" cubes, I would actually be able to put items in the cubes and compress them down so that they took up less space in my suitcase. Not the case with these bags. I actually read all the online reviews for countless compression bags before ordering these. Not only that, but I did a search for Best Compression Packing Cubes 2023 and read three different articles, all of which highly recommended these Gonex Compression Packing Cubes. One of the reviews I read was from a lady who'd packed ten pairs of jeans in the large bag. So when I received mine I rolled up ten pairs of jeans and tried putting them in the large bag. Yes, they did fit, but they did not compress even the slightest bit. In fact, the second zipper that's supposed to "compress" the contents would barely zip and even after it was zipped, the bag was the same size it was originally although a slightly different shape. I will say that the bags appear to be well made. They were lightweight material yet seems to be sturdy. The zippers seemed good quality. As I mentioned, I was able to get ten pairs of rolled up jeans (size 8) in the large bag, but no space saved. These would be excellent for someone only looking to organize their suitcase, but if you truly want to compress items, I can't recommend these.
