Worked good for a few days and then stopped working. Contacted the spytec, and they advised resetting, which I did. Again, worked well for a day or two and then again, no updates. or the updates are 2-3 days apart. Then customer service called me, emailed me and sent another replacement device with overnight shipping. They profusely apologized for the defective product. And I understand that we all can get defective products and everything is good as it is replaced (which they did very humbly). The replacement device works perfect, very accurate location within a range of a few meters. I have looked through catalogue of other products and I am going to buy few other products from them, because the GPS tracking device, tracking service and customer service, all are AMAZING!!!!

They came 2 in a pack but apparently I couldn’t use them separate of eachother? So really there was no point in the 2fer. So that was 1. Number 2) the app wouldn’t connect to the device because it wouldn’t accept my login that I had created and for some reason wouldn’t allow me to reset and re-enter the data. And 3) the subscription cost was WAY to high. I’m not exactly clear as to why they are demanding one in the first place other than they can. So the inexpensive device proves to be expensive in the end. Save yourself the trouble and get a tile or apple tag. This was absolutely not worth the frustration. I still have them and it got even WORSE I decided to try their option of using them for your company. When we didn’t sign up for a ‘subscription’ they charged my company for $165.39 for this SAME EXACT DEVICE!! Boy I sure wish I hadn’t missed that return window. Looking at it makes me upset

I was so aggravated with my bank for changing from Republic Bank to Fulton Bank. I have a lot of things automatically paid monthly from that account that didn't get transferred over when the new bank took control and my GPS trackers are one of them. I was lucky to get some dude, HUDA, that walked me right thru every step to get my trackers back on-line. In fact, this guy Huda called me back about 15 minutes after my credit card went through because he didn't see one of my trackers on his screen. The battery was just low, so I plugged it in, and all is good now. Thank you, Huda Jersey Jeff

I bought this to track my luggage since Morocco Airways lost all my scuba and drone equipment (and they never reimbursed me). These trackers worked up until the luggage got to Portugal and then didn't track anything after that. My luggage was lost by the airlines again (American Airlines and Air Portugal) but fortunately it arrived 4 days later. The subscription for 2 trackers for one month is over $60, so this was a total waste of money. (Side note: it worked perfectly fine in the USA, it's just once I got overseas it didn't work so well)
