This tracker is just awesome! It's accuracy is on point, and I have them just always plugged in, so I'm not too sure what the battery life is... They are worth every cent, because you have a great App to go along with them, as well as a web interface. And I have not once had one go offline since activating them. Yeah, I think $30 per month is a bit pricey, but the features are all there. You can have boundaries, movement notifications, trip logging, and much much more. I have 2 activated on my account and I can see both on the map at the same time. Hands down the best choice I think I made when choosing these trackers....

They came 2 in a pack but apparently I couldn’t use them separate of eachother? So really there was no point in the 2fer. So that was 1. Number 2) the app wouldn’t connect to the device because it wouldn’t accept my login that I had created and for some reason wouldn’t allow me to reset and re-enter the data. And 3) the subscription cost was WAY to high. I’m not exactly clear as to why they are demanding one in the first place other than they can. So the inexpensive device proves to be expensive in the end. Save yourself the trouble and get a tile or apple tag. This was absolutely not worth the frustration. I still have them and it got even WORSE I decided to try their option of using them for your company. When we didn’t sign up for a ‘subscription’ they charged my company for $165.39 for this SAME EXACT DEVICE!! Boy I sure wish I hadn’t missed that return window. Looking at it makes me upset

I see some mixed reviews, I'm not sure if people just aren't reading the directions carefully or what. I bought the combo pack because I have two vehicles I wanted to keep track of for my business. After following the straight forward instructions on how to set up the unit and create an online account I was rolling within a hour. Tracking service is pretty good even with just the basic package. I can see where my trucks are in real time and it will also tell you the speed the vehicle is traveling. You can also plot maps and see where the unit has been for the last 24 hours. It even has a battery level you can view online so you know when it's time to change the unit. The battery lasts a 5 day work week and charges pretty quickly. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to track a vehicle or anything else.

I bought this to track my luggage since Morocco Airways lost all my scuba and drone equipment (and they never reimbursed me). These trackers worked up until the luggage got to Portugal and then didn't track anything after that. My luggage was lost by the airlines again (American Airlines and Air Portugal) but fortunately it arrived 4 days later. The subscription for 2 trackers for one month is over $60, so this was a total waste of money. (Side note: it worked perfectly fine in the USA, it's just once I got overseas it didn't work so well)

Bought these for my two service trucks in my Landscaping business, They where just what I needed, I was able to use the tracking report for billing purposes and also to see which employee was haveing breakfast, lunch and evening pie at his moms! Thought I would give an update, it has been six months now and our trackers are still going strong, it’s been a game changer for me, In the past I had guys writing up one hour jobs for two and three hours, this stoped all that, I had to replace some dishonest people, but well worth the monthly cost. I’ve had Only one issue and that was my time zone got off after a charging session, one email to support on a Saturday morning, (while I was on vacation) before lunch they went into my account and set it to the correct time for me! Very helpful and prompt!

Worked good for a few days and then stopped working. Contacted the spytec, and they advised resetting, which I did. Again, worked well for a day or two and then again, no updates. or the updates are 2-3 days apart. Then customer service called me, emailed me and sent another replacement device with overnight shipping. They profusely apologized for the defective product. And I understand that we all can get defective products and everything is good as it is replaced (which they did very humbly). The replacement device works perfect, very accurate location within a range of a few meters. I have looked through catalogue of other products and I am going to buy few other products from them, because the GPS tracking device, tracking service and customer service, all are AMAZING!!!!
