The shipping of the product and the arrival on time was all great. The product is quite sturdy and strong which is good. We returned this item because after you climb up on the steps the landing spot on the top is too narrow and we felt it was unsafe. A child could tip over to the front without not having enough space to on the landing spot. Plus my son hurt himself on the head as he was coming down the ramp. The gap between the edge of the room and the floor is too big. It needs to be more smooth so the transition will be easier from the ramp to the floor. This product did not work for us but it might work for others as I can see it from the reviews for some others it works great

This slide was a Christmas. present for my almost two year old great granddaughter. It was a recent hit with her. It came after Christmas and two weeks later than it was due. I was most unhappy about the delay with delivery but immediately forgot about that when she started smiling, climbed the ladder and slid down laughing all the way. She than ran around the slide and started to climb up the ladder again. This went on the rest of the day and we thought we would not be able to outdo that gift on her second birthday in February. After much thought we got a toddler doll house from Amazon. She knew exactly what to do with that and has been playing with it and only with that for over a week.Thank you Amazon for making my husband and myself heroes!

Weather caused delayed shipping but arrived on 12/24! It's not flush on the floor at the bottom of the slide but plopping on carpet is fine for and 18 mo old! It will be great outside in the pool in the summer too! She loves the basketball hoop....fortunately I had a little ball my house but her big bro has one at home too!

I bought this for my very rough four and two year old boys. It was a little confusing putting it together, making sure not to get some of the parts backwards. Once all snapped into place it is surprisingly durable! I was expecting this to get broken quickly, especially the basketball hoop. However we bought this several months ago and there are no signs of it breaking anytime soon. My kids play with it every day in their playroom and love it! It really doesn't leave a big footprint which was a must. It also has a great weight limit (both my boys weigh about 60lbs total) and it has great longevity for ages. If you have rough and tumble boys who need to move even while inside, this is for you!
