    • Cheap and Reliable Pre-Filters for Dyson
Review Image by Shibaseki Shibaseki
I purchased the 2 Pack Replacement Pre Filters for Dyson DC58, DC models because I needed an economical solution that wouldn’t sacrifice performance. Installation was a breeze—these filters slid right in, behaving just like the Dyson originals. So far, they’ve kept my vacuum running smoothly without any noticeable drop in suction or quality. Considering the low cost, they’re an excellent alternative to pricier OEM parts, especially if you’re looking to maintain your Dyson on a budget. Pros: - Wallet-saver: Incredibly cheap without feeling flimsy - Spot-on replacement: Fits perfectly, just like the original filters Cons: - None so far: I’ll keep an eye on performance and update if anything changes ... show more

    • Dyson V8 clogged Filter
I have a Dyson V8 - after about 6 months, it started to do this cycling noise, suction then off, the on etc. I cleaned the filter, and it still did this. I read a review that replacing the filter is the best option. I received these 2 today and they are exactly like the Dyson filter. However, I still had the same problem. I switch from the vacuum attachment to one of the hand held and it did not have the above issue. I noticed that in the joint (swivel part) of the vacuum attachment I had a clog [I have cats] and there was a ton of hair stuck in there, this was making the Dyson think it had a bad or dirty filter. I cleaned it out took a minute, since my finger can only reach so far in there, from either side, but once cleared... Poof!! Works great again. In the future: Yes I'll replace the filter probably 2x a year, but Ill also check that swivel connection, as it seems to be a reservoir for my cat's hair. ... show more

    • Have some on hand
We have a Dyson V6 and just had a remodel done so my poor vacuum was picking up so much dust and struggling.I'd clean out the filter, but then you have to let all that dry for 24 hours (over and over again). So, da, da dah! Enter new filters and your vacuum won't pulse and struggle and no waiting to get the clean up done. ... show more

    • Easy to replace.
My old filter was plugged and knew something wasn’t right when it smelled like dust when I vacuumed. Turned out it was this filter I needed to replace. It was easy to find on Amazon and easy to swap out. Thanks!

    • Worked perfectly!! No more dog smell!
A great deal for these replacement filters. Our vacuum smelled for the longest time and smelled of our late dog even after multiple washes. My kids would dread the smell since they dont know what its like to have a pet. Don't know why I didn't think to replace sooner! It immediately smelled like nothing after replacing with this! ... show more
