They look nice and my husband didn’t have any trouble installing them. They work as intended. We did have a little trouble getting the right setting because you have to do it with the light switch and that part is a little confusing. We think the instructions that came with it is opposite. We wanted the motion setting and when we set it with those instructions, it was “dusk to dawn”. But once we got it set, it is working as it should. For the setting to get brighter when motion is detected, you will need a dimmable bulb for that. Great affordable security light that looks nice also!! Will buy again! ... show more

These lights are beautiful, easy to program and work great. One negative is that it picks up motion at more than the listed 40'. My house is over 60' off the road and the motion sensor picks up the cars going by. Luckily, my road is not very busy. Otherwise, I would give it a 5 star rating

The auto on/off day/night sensor has been working great. Motion detector was an additional feature that I was not sure I needed, but it has been working well for the location. The light is already on at a low brightness and the motion detector increases to full brightness and when the motion times out, the brightness returns to the lower level. My painter threw away the instructions but thankfully other confused buyers posted the directions in their reviews. Simply turn on, wait 10sec, then switch off/on/off/on to go to a standard motion sensor light mode. Then never touch the switch again. Once I figured that out life was good. I will watch closely to see how they hold up to a wet cold oregon winter but I love them so far ... show more

Have had these on my house since March 2022. They look great and initially worked as advertised. Started to notice in November that the motion detection stopped working on one of them. Now a second one has started to have issues and this one is protected from the weather. Love the look, but mine haven't lasted and are going to be replaced. UPDATE: Company contacted me and sent 2 replacement lights free of charge. I installed them and they are working great. Customer service has been top notch! Still waiting to see how long the lights will last. ... show more
