CONS - • The box was completely squished, bent, and open as seen in the picture. Usually I never knock off stars for damaged packaging or presentation because it can be due to poor handling during transport. However, the massagers came pretty dirty, they had pieces of lint and trash on them. They didn't look used but rather looked poorly stored. It was kinda gross and I had to let it soak for a while before I used it. Even if your box is fine and the product doesn't have lint, I suggest you sanitize it good. PROS - • Good value for the price. They're sturdy and pretty. • The massager is sturdy and soft. I was afraid it'd be too rough that it'd hurt or so soft it wouldn't do anything, but it's perfectly in the middle. • They're so big! I thought they'd be small because of the price but they're about the size of the palm of my hand. I really like that. Overall: I do recommend this product and I suggest you sanitize it. ... show more

I looked at A LOT of these on here before deciding on this set. Mostly because the tips looks less painful, the cost for 2, and the reviews I read. Glad I grabbed this set. I was t sure how easily it would be to hold, but it is not hard to hold and keep in hand while using. It’s not too awkward at all. I have used it for a while now and felt confident in the product to review. It’s a good buy. Handy. Comes apart to clean easily. And mostly it isn’t painful on my head. Now I have another (yay for 2 pack!) for travel or my little gal. Bottom line, I would buy again. If you’re questioning this one, give it a go. ... show more

Im very satified with these Shampoo brushes. There’s 2. Theyre so pretty and comfortable to grab and feels so good when you massage your head. What i like the most is that you can open it to clean it, because u dont want mold growing in there! I approve of this product

I am very sensitive and a designer. I am very picky about color, feel, size, texture, etc but these are great! I like everything about it. It also makes a nice ASMR sound if you rub your finger over it FYI.

Seems to work as advertised. I have never used one of these before. My first try, it was a little awkward until I got used to it. The massage on my head was nice and the shampoo seemed to lather a lot more. My hair felt well lathered. My hair also didn't knot as much. Would recommend.

When I first tried the product I applied my shampoo to the brush then used it to massage into my hair which is how I had seen products like this used in other videos. That did not work well. On my second attempt I applied my shampoo to my hair as I normally would and then used the scalp massager and that worked much better. This product does clean your hair, but it is difficult to use because it is so hard to grip in an efficient manner. The handle post is too thick to grasp between your index and middle finger and it is easy to lose your grip. Grabbing the top of the post is very awkward and is difficult to reach all of your head.
