Had a electrician install- the light has some weight I helped hold light while he wired them - straight forward installation the video was very helpful - you must measure length ABOVE junction box in order to fit light - since the bracket is in middle of fixture I was lucky my junction box was right where I needed it to be- I did see complaints of location but as said the light has weight the electrician said the design was great in order to securely hold the weight of fixture. We love the lights, super bright, we had to put in a dimmer switch it lit up the whole neighborhood;) My husband installed a Dusk till Dawn sensor (photocell), love it! However it burned out. Had an electrician come put a new Dusk till Dawn sensor, he said it’s going to burn out again because they don’t make a photocell for low voltage. Has anyone else tried a Dusk till Dawn/photocell. We have another outdoor light we use a switch programmed for Dusk till Dawn based on latitude and longitude, it works great, but we can’t use that because we have to have a dimmer switch. ... show more
