Great quality and very study!
Size: 5 Piece Set

Good grab bar that installed very easily. if you do it correctly. The measurements on the 32" bar are wrong by 1/2 inch. The picture that showed 32 inches is 31 1/2 inches, and the 33.4 inches showed is 33 inches.

Good for the price.
I installed two of these on two walls at the top of a steep winder stair in an old house. I wanted more to hang onto than the handrail which is on the narrow side of the winder stairs. It is an old house so the black looks good/ period appropriate to me. They are a bit narrower in diameter than some? But I think it makes them less bathroom looking. They are light weight but don’t seem bendy or anything. Like others said the caps don’t lock well nor is there a set screw like you have in more expensive versions. I probably wouldn’t use these in a shower (might spend more money there?) but very good for my purpose (I glued the caps on with two part epoxy).

Good bars
Size: 5 Piece Set
Color: Chrome
The order contained 2 grab bars. Missing was one of two packets containing two bolts to hold the bar to the mounting bracket. Please send me just that one small packet containing the nuts. The nuts are not what I can find in a hardware store. Thank you.

Beautiful rod, but bad mounting bracket design
Size: 5 Piece Set
Color: Chrome
I have installed many dozens of these rods over the years from a variety of manufacturers, but the mounting design on this one is different than all the others, and not in a good way. First, the mounting bracket itself is maybe 60% the thickness (the gauge of the metal) of the others. I put 2x10” wooden reinforcements into to the wall so that you could literally hang many hundreds of pounds of weight off the bar. But I’d be afraid that this mounting bracket would bend or even tear if - God forbid - a very large person fell and really needed this bar to help get up. But the more important point is that all the mounting bracket contact against the wall rests on the thin outside edge of the bracket. Other designs have about 80% of their size resting against the wall, and they distribute the load more evenly. This one has what - 2%? So as you tighten the mounting screws, all the pressure is focused on this thin edge, and the bracket digs into the wall - unless you leave it barely tight. See third photo where I took it back off after tightening. Those are chips in the tile. And I always tighten these very carefully, so this is not the result of misused power tools - just a properly torqued mounting screw. On the plus side I will say that the grab bar itself has probably the most beautifully polished finished of any that I have ever put in. But I will go with another brand in the future, until the mounting bracket design on this one is changed.

Just as good as the common brand name found in your local stores, but a better price. Sturdy and easy to mount.
