These handles are really great. Substantial, quality construction and flexible use. These would be great for expected use in a bathroom. The size would allow them to be easily placed and can be used as a grab handle and double as a hand towel bar. I got these to use as grab handles in a couple of places in my house. Placed them where I need to stretch in a precarious position. Holding these handles when I need to reach makes me feel secure and stable and has prevented me falling into my storage in my closet. These really serve me well. I think I will place a couple more where an extra “hand” would be useful.

Bars like this are never super easy to install due to needing to drill pilot holes and assemble the covers, etc. But these were pretty easy, and were very sturdy when installed. Since these were going next to a tub/shower I also appreciated the texture on the middle of the bar, making them less slippery.

These grab bars are now installed in our bathtub enclosure to help make sure someone in my family doesn't join the 100,000 people who have a bathtub accident in any one year. The material is stainless steel so it will not corrode or rust in the moist environment. The bars have be roughened to have a knurled effect making them much easier to hold onto should the need arise. The package comes with mounting screws. I used my own much longer screws to attach the bars directly into a wood stud. I then laid a bed of silicone caulk where the screws would penetrate to make certain the screw holes don't let water or moisture into the wall. This step isn't mentioned in the instructions, but it's worth a $5 tube of caulk to make sure there are no moisture issues later. I think two bars of this quality for $21 is an excellent value.

These stainless bars are light. They are smaller in diameter than others I have installed in the bathroom. They are perfect for my elderly mom who has small hands. I put it on the door jamb so she can grab when moving in or out of the bathroom. The knurled texture in the center adds much protection for anti-slip grasp. A small concern is that the round anchor plates are not pre-attached. You have to fit them onto the bar with a short hex nut. This also creates a gap between the screw head and the wall, which makes me feel a tad uneasy about the secureness of the screws. Otherwise, they work well and come with a very good price for a pack of 2.

These grab bars are solid and slimmer than I've seen in the past. I installed them in my shower and they are sturdy enough for my disabled mother to use. The texture in the middle helps to keep her hands from sliding. I would absolutely buy these again.

Since my hip replacement, I need to be very careful not to fall getting in and out of the shower or tub. These two metal grab bars are a perfect size to be placed near my shower. They come with the screws to be mounted to the wall and my handyman is making sure they are attached properly to a strong wall stud.
