It was good, got the biggest lil noogit I’ve ever found, weighed .63 itself, but I had to pan the entire bag to finally find that and two other smaller pieces bringing the total weight to .69. Well I understand you can’t get more than you pay for but it seemed pretty light to me. The gold itself however is very yellow vs the past bags of other brands I’ve gotten that seem more brown. So.... prepare to read more than a sentence or two. I am a long time prospector and metal detector enthusiast. Since the unfortunate introduction of the Corona Virus to the U.S. happened, myself and as id imagine, several thousands of folks have either lost their primary jobs or got a huge cut in hours. This slowed and almost even put a stop to my hobby of metal detecting and traveling to prospect different creeks and such due to the lack of financial backing, as a result of the virus. As fellow detectorists and prospectors know, the hobby is an itch that needs scratching so whilest stuck in one place and working alot less than normal, I started scowering YouTube to try and get my fix by at least watching other prospectors and detectorists scalping land to find that beautiful golden goodness. I Stumbled upon a video in particular of a guy reviewing shipped "paydirt". I Found this off pudding at first but after watching a few videos, I decided why not give it a shot. I'd at least be able to somewhat graze that itch I've had. Over the past couple months I tried several different brands such as Goldnpaydirt and a few others. I was extremely disappointed to say the least, not so much as regarding the ROI but in relation to the price point vs quantity on top of that. I ALMOST completely gave up and decided that it's too good to be true. Until last week... I noticed a couple reviews on California, Georgia and South Carolina titled "unsearched" dirts and found that there were actual serious prospectors buying this stuff. I gave in, one last ditch effort and made 2 purchases with this seller. I received this bag first and as im typing out this review I just received the second. Upon inspecting this bag I immediately noticed 3 things. The Weight was spot on, the dirt was pre classified with not alot of stupid heavy rocks and the dirt was nice and dry with a good balance of minerals. My first 3 scoops ALL had either pickers or flakes. On my 4th scoop...... I literally almost peed. (NOT A JOKE LOL) I poured my next bit of material and as a group of rocks fell down onto the mesh I heard a unique ping sound. Moved a rock or two around and found the most beautiful little NUGGET I've ever seen from shipped paydirt. This thing was not far from the diameter of a dime, I included it in the photos. I LEGIT stopped classifying and just sat there drooling over this little beaut for almost 10 minutes. Not a single piece of rock or minerals attached to her. After my drooling sesh I decided to finish the pan. I continued to find flakes and a few more pickers. I Included only photos of the pickers and nugget. I haven't panned the flour yet as I didn't have my bottle at the time. In conclusion, let's just say this ROI was the largest ive ever had to date, as far as shipped paydirt. This seller has just gave me hope that there are still honest, humble prospectors/paydirt retailers on the market. With that being said, I can't wait to tear into the other less expensive bag, as now I at least know that the seller is honest and gives his customers a fair purchase! Thank you again my friend. Pretty disappointed. I panned this $100 bag 3 times and got a total of .72 grams. I get almost that from their $39.99 clunker bag. I bought this based on the reviews one said they found over 3 grams of gold. Anyway don’t waste your money on this.

    • I AM DISAPPOINTED
A little disappointed....... Ive gotten several bags from these folks and I am usually very happy with my purchase. However this time instead of the lesser prices bags I usually buy it spent a $100 on this bag strickly on the word "nugget" in the title. I've been panning gold for years and know what I'm doing, so when i went through this entire bag TWICE and only found a few flakes and fines I was extremely disappointed. The lesser priced bags ive got have had 10 times more gold than this one. Might be buying elsewhere from now on. ... show more

There were almost no fines in this paydirt. This is a picture of all of the pickers found in this bag of paydirt. It was an easy pan, I spent only a couple of hours panning the bag and with little evidence of any powder or fine gold.

Loved it was a little afraid to pay $100 for the bag but enjoyed every bit of it as well as the big nugget in there found gold in every pan and still have flour gold to separate from the black sand that is my medium size pan 6 inch and the nugget is on a dime to show size and it was not flat gold will buy more ... show more
