Now that it is assembled, we have used it multiple times and it's a dream to use! I especially enjoy having a flat-top available for grilling vegetables while cooking my meat.     • Very dangerous when igniting, not normal .

Grill is very dangerous. I almost blew myself up lighting one burner at a time. I never had a problem lighting another burner once one was on. I lit the first burner no issue. When l tried lighting the second burner it would not light l than hit the ignitor & the thing blew up. Very dangerous, every other grill l had once one burner was lit you could turn on each other burner without hitting the ignitor again. Either mine is defective or this is how it works. Used it a few times each time l had to hit the ignitor to light another burner but this last time it blew up in my face & was on fire. Part 2 Company reached out & offers a refund. Next message l received from seller was offer was sent by system please ignore. I asked for them to get in touch with me to find out if my grill was defective. Message sent sorry fot the Inconvenience. There is either a major flaw or my grill is defective . Still waiting. ... show more

So far, so good! I didn't hear any cussing during assembly, and it works as expected. It's the only grill I found that combines a grill, griddle, and side burner. It's a nice-looking unit. The grill came a couple of days early, glad of that ! Package was good, not beat up from the delivery but several pieces were dented all In noticeable places. Definitely not done during delivery. I have reached out to the manufacturer, will let you know what happens 8/14/25 Well three of the igniters have stopped working, sent video to whoever you send the videos to and after two weeks they are telling me that my propane bottle is empty and that is why three of the burners won’t lite, but yet the remaining burners are able able to lite. They want to send me new igniters for which I would have to tear a preassembled piece apart to change the igniters. Definitely not happy. If it is out of fuel why would they want to send me igniters. ????????? ... show more

Absolute cheap $250 china piece of garbage for over $600. I’ve bought plenty of grills over the year none with any regrets. This one came damaged, and assembly was a pain in the ass and I build and wrench for a living. Don’t buy this grill! Go to your local Home Depot or Lowe’s and check out the $600 price range there. You’ll get far more grill for your money! ... show more
