The remotes work great and easy to program. 1: Press the learn button on back of remote (under the clip or where you would insert the clip holder)…now the red led light will be on. 2: Now press the learn button on garage opener…now the garage learn button light is on 3: Press and release the remote garage opener button (repeatedly, not too fast) until the garage light flashes or garage clicks. Remote is now programmed BUT you need to exit learn mode by pressing the remote’s learn button (from step 1). Led learn lights should be off now. 4: Now garage should open on next press of the garage opener button. ***NOTE: If you experience issues after programming multiple remotes like i did, try clearing the garage codes by holding down your garage learn button until the learn button light goes out (about 6-8 seconds). This clears previous codes. Then repeat the programming steps. Worked for me at least! ... show more

Super easy to program, though there was a learning curve since the instructions weren’t device-specific. I got the single-button ones, and the instructions were for multi-button ones. Still, it took less than 5 minutes to figure it all out and get everything set up.

    • Erase previous codes
Might seem obvious, but that was what took my set up so long. Our door opener had so many previous codes in it, it just couldn't handle two more for some reason. Once I erase the codes, I read three of the other reviews for instructions, and both remotes were working in no time. The instructions that come with really are terrible. Either follow the ones on your garage door opener, or just read the reviews here. They're much more helpful. The clip was a little hard to get in, but probably for the best. ... show more

    • Easy to use and affordable
Paired one of these to each of our garage doors. We have a Liftmaster motor and a Craftsman motor for the two garage doors. These paired very easily. Mounted them to the wall so we could have garage door openers right by the entry door into the garage.

    • Works Perfectly, and Easier to install than expected
I was apprehensive, not being very tech savvy, that these would work. I was desperate because I'd left my ONLY one in my sister's car and only noticed after she'd left to go back to her home in another state. 😬 I was also apprehensive that I'd be able to get it set up (female, non-tech-y), but with my teen son's help, it was quick and easy!     • Worked well with my overhead door opener
After so many remotes either broke or were lost I bought these. Reset the opener to clear all the remotes and paired these and the other ones I had. They work great and can open the door from over 30 feet away.

I like them because they are or rather only one came with the garage opener. I misplaced the one that I got with the opener and had to order a new one. What else do you want from garage remotes? As long as they work, I'm good. Just pay attention to the instruction that comes with it as to how many time you'll need to click the learn button.
