We got these to replace our old stoneware pasta bowls, which are very heavy and so large we often end up dishing up too much food. These bowls are lighter and a more reasonable in size. I love the colors and plan to buy one more set and some plates to match.

Ordered because they are beautiful and that is confirmed; however, the Huge selling point is the real estate usage within the dishwasher. My husband likes using serving bowl sized salads “trying to be healthy” and I can’t fault him for that… but those things take up a huge chunk of dishwasher space. I love these bowls! The colors are beautiful. I only wish there was a green and red instead of light blue and white. But definitely not a deal breaker. They are safe in the microwave. Very sturdy.
