He was so excited to see the packaging arrived. It took two of us a few hours to put the grill together. Some instructions were not very clear but we manage to figure it out. The quality feels pretty nice! We used it on July 4th to grill brats, burgers, mushrooms, noodles. It was so good! It was very easy to use. He enjoyed it a lot! It’s like the perfect size to have for the two of us and not too expensive compared to other grill out there. It’s also very light weight so I was able to push it around to anywhere I want. Super happy with this purchase! But I’m giving it 4 stars as the manual to build needs to be looked over lol seems the Grill was updated but the manual wasn’t. Wasn’t too bad though I was able to visually figure out. Used once so far and cooked evenly. The size is perfect for a family of 3 dinners.

The grill works great and cooks evenly — perfect for weekend BBQs with family and friends. It’s sturdy, heats up quickly, and is easy to clean after use. The only downside is that the assembly took quite a bit of time. The instructions were clear, but there were a lot of parts to put together.     • Worthless A Total Misrepresentation NO Way it gets to 36,000 BTUs not even close
Terrible, no way this gets to 36,000 BTU even after heating it for over an hour on a Hot Sunny day. The worst grill we have ever had. Folks standing around waiting for it to get hot enough to sear even slightly. In order to return it needs to be put back in the original packaging which after hours spent trying to assemble it, no way. Will trash it or donate it somewhere. Complete waste of Money. Amazon has really gone down hill in the products they represent. Used to be you could trust their quality, not anymore. If orders arrive unused, unopened in new condition it is a rarity. ... show more

The grill came with one of the grates broken and lid had a dent in it and a large scratch on it. Will not be buying this again.
