Very nice kit, I would give 5 but the ball 🤣 tho I wish the bands were not just one size Circular their is one big one that will do what you need, also the ball is probably something you should just give to your 3 year old lol or something, the instructions are not really defined worth the money it’s comfort is good size is okay very durability is good workout Quality is 4

This Pilates box comes with everything you need to get started. Yoga ball, ring, bands, even socks. Super cute set and very functional. I love the color, quality seems to be very good, I feel it will last a long time. Great value for a starter kit.

This is a great starter kit. I have trouble getting the plug in the blow up ball before it loses to much air. All in all its a great kit for the price.

This Pilates kit comes with everything needed to get started. It includes 14" Pilates ring, yoga ball, sliding disks, resistance bands, and more. Everything feels well-made and durable, especially the Pilates ring and resistance bands, which offer a minimal amount of tension, but not overly flimsy. One of the things I really appreciated is the included fitness poster. It gives you a variety of exercise ideas, which is super helpful for switching up your routine. The kit is compact and easy to store, so it doesn’t take up much space at all; a big plus if you don’t have a dedicated home gym. Im in between a 3 and 4 star, but will give the 4 stars, based on the quality of the bands and the amount of accessories you receive. The pink color is nice, if that is your thing. The bands are strong and great for light workouts. The ball works well and holds air after multiple uses. The socks are gimmicky, but i guess would work in a pinch...as long as your foot fits the "one size fits all". The bag to keep everything thing in is not made well. It does work, but i can tell already, after some use, it is going to start falling apart. Good for simple storage, though. The main issue... there is no instructions or workout guide to teach how to properly use this set. It is easy enough to do an online search, but I would think a kit like this would come with a generic guide, for a beginner. Overall, it is a very simple/basic all in one set. It will work and does function well. A decent value, although I would probably recommend something that comes with more information.

So it's not easy to figure out how to use this equipment. They have a little workout sheet, but that doesn't involve all of the equipment. I had to research what each individual item was. I'm still not sure if I know which one's the yoga stretching strap and which one's the yoga sculpting strap. It seems like even the people on YouTube have different ideas of what things are called. But I tried a workout with the Pilates ring. It was kind of difficult and I wasn't used to it. But maybe with some more frequent use, I can become more comfortable with using it. I tried the yoga ring, that sort of funky looking thing that kinda looks like a bowtie. The workout that was tied to that was really difficult and I was not able to finish, but was left with sore abs the next day. So mission accomplished there~! Just kinda wish there were some QR codes with workout videos. That probably would've worked best. And the videos should be geared towards beginners. Seems like the equipment is durable. I heard from another reviewer that the resistance bands lose elasticity. I haven't tried them yet. I already had my own set, so I wasn't concerned with that. Yeah, just haven't been super dedicated to working out lately. But it seems like the equipment works. Just would've preferred more instructional material. For Cyber Monday, $30 for value of money is pretty good for everything you get in the set. If you don't mind doing your own research. But if you do, then don't get it at all. You're better off doing a no equipment video on YouTube.
