So it's not easy to figure out how to use this equipment. They have a little workout sheet, but that doesn't involve all of the equipment. I had to research what each individual item was. I'm still not sure if I know which one's the yoga stretching strap and which one's the yoga sculpting strap. It seems like even the people on YouTube have different ideas of what things are called. But I tried a workout with the Pilates ring. It was kind of difficult and I wasn't used to it. But maybe with some more frequent use, I can become more comfortable with using it. I tried the yoga ring, that sort of funky looking thing that kinda looks like a bowtie. The workout that was tied to that was really difficult and I was not able to finish, but was left with sore abs the next day. So mission accomplished there~! Just kinda wish there were some QR codes with workout videos. That probably would've worked best. And the videos should be geared towards beginners. Seems like the equipment is durable. I heard from another reviewer that the resistance bands lose elasticity. I haven't tried them yet. I already had my own set, so I wasn't concerned with that. Yeah, just haven't been super dedicated to working out lately. But it seems like the equipment works. Just would've preferred more instructional material. For Cyber Monday, $30 for value of money is pretty good for everything you get in the set. If you don't mind doing your own research. But if you do, then don't get it at all. You're better off doing a no equipment video on YouTube.

This is a really nice kit. You get A LOT of different items. Everything seems to be of good quality, and works as it should. The only two things that perplexed me were the socks, they remind me of the socks they give you when you are in the hospital to give birth. Also the ball, I still haven't figured out how to blow it up as it doesn't come with any instructions. You get the deflated ball, a hand pump and a straw. I am sure I will figure it out. You do get a double sided page of various different exercises that can be done using the items in the kit, which I thought was a nice touch. There are so many things within this kit that there is no way you won't find something you like to do. I plan to do my research and follow along with some Pilates instructors online courses, I am really looking forward to it!

This Pilates box comes with everything you need to get started. Yoga ball, ring, bands, even socks. Super cute set and very functional. I love the color, quality seems to be very good, I feel it will last a long time. Great value for a starter kit.

This Pilates kit has a nice variety of pieces and is great for light home workouts, but a few parts feel a little flimsy. The ring and resistance bands work well, but the smaller accessories and ball aren’t as sturdy as I expected. Still, it’s a convenient all-in-one set for beginners or casual exercise, and it’s easy to store and take on the go.

Everything feels well-made and durable, especially the Pilates ring and resistance bands, which offer a minimal amount of tension, but not overly flimsy. This Pilates essential kit I am so excited to gift. I have a very similar set that works extremely well. The 16-piece set includes a Pilates ring, 5 resistance bands, made of anti-slip grip materials in extra light, light, medium, heavy, & extra heavy to work out your hips, but, legs, and arms. It also includes a yoga ball with an inflator, yoga stretching strap, Pilates socks and 14' Pilates ring, Pilates workout instructions AND a storage bag. Can you ask for more, No. All I need is a transformer at this point.
