We have several wind spinners in our gardens and the always tilt because the knuckleheads to make them don't make the spikes long or strong enough and then make them top heavy. I've tried several solutions including filling the spinner shafts with rebar. These 16 inch trampoline stakes did the trick! Now only one of our spinners won't stay straight but it is because the soil in which it is located is too loose. Make sure to get the 16 inch and drive it all the way into the ground. I'm guessing they are also good for trampolines! : )

We used four (4) of these stakes to secure the metal (8' diameter) from holding a piece of art. There were strong enough to hold up as I used a small sledge hammer to pound them into the ground.
