    • Poor choice of laptop
For a gaming laptop I’m very disappointed. The battery life is decent I would still recommend using the charger while in use. Speed is slow, can’t run a lot of games and the storage is horrible. Design is good for what it’s worth, not a great value for money. Quality is meh, wanted to use it to play more games with friends but needed up crashing every time we tried. Better laptops out there would not recommend this one ... show more

I bought this laptop for remote schooling and gaming. This laptop has been amazing. It's light, thin, has a 2+ hour battery life when playing some of my bigger games. The sound quality is great. It has bluetooth for my headphones and plenty of usb slots for my mouse and other accessories. My one complaint is that the charging cord is short but my husband fixed that for me by getting an extension cord. I even recommended this to my mom and she's considering getting one. All finally, one of my best purchases. (I even bought the extra insurance which I never do.) ... show more

I came across this setup while surfing for a new laptop. Best thing to start with is that there is no bloatware! Just Windows and office basically. I don't do much but sometimes have multiple windows open with a video maybe. It has not hiccupped once. Starts in a few seconds. Fingerprint scanner seems to work good. Great value ... show more

I ordered this computer based on the specs and price; on the 4th picture of the product page (attached to this review), it clearly state “Extra large Touchscreen”. This laptop doesn’t have the touchscreen capability… very disappointing when you buy a product based on the advertised capabilities, just to find out that its not there! ... show more

    • good laptop. not a good gaming laptop
I bought this laptop to play baldurs gate 3 and while the game does open and run with good graphics, it runs at like a frame a second. It has an intel gpu so upgrading the graphics is pretty much out of the question. it runs other games like roblox very smoothly and is overall a great laptop which is the only reason i haven’t returned it. If you’re looking for a great cheap laptop then get this. if you’re looking for a great gaming laptop then look somewhere else ... show more

It hasn’t even been a year, it’s been 8 months, and the top screen is broken. Turns out it’s been missing two screws in the back, which caused the support to come loose and pop through since it was connected to a spring with no support. This is the great computer for the purchasing price. It has Windows 11 pro and you can get a nice warranty for under $400 bucks. This product is great if you don't want to spend a whole lot of money on something that's going to get outdated fast because all computer technology updates so quickly.
