    • The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because it will not allow you to give a 0 rating.
I have returned this computer first they replaced it because the power would not stay charge. When they mailed the 2nd computer it charged 3 times then will not charge any more. This is the worst computer I have ever had! IWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE!

I bought this laptop for remote schooling and gaming. This laptop has been amazing. It's light, thin, has a 2+ hour battery life when playing some of my bigger games. The sound quality is great. It has bluetooth for my headphones and plenty of usb slots for my mouse and other accessories. My one complaint is that the charging cord is short but my husband fixed that for me by getting an extension cord. I even recommended this to my mom and she's considering getting one. All finally, one of my best purchases. (I even bought the extra insurance which I never do.) ... show more

I purchased this laptop a few months ago as I needed a replacement for my desktop which was working horribly at the time and extremely slow. When this laptop arrived, it worked right away with no issues. More than fast enough for the applications that I use for work like Microsoft office, Word and Excel, etc. It turned out to be way better than my desktop and I have used it frequently from that point onward. I bought this laptop to play baldurs gate 3 and while the game does open and run with good graphics, it runs at like a frame a second. It has an intel gpu so upgrading the graphics is pretty much out of the question. it runs other games like roblox very smoothly and is overall a great laptop which is the only reason i haven’t returned it. If you’re looking for a great cheap laptop then get this. if you’re looking for a great gaming laptop then look somewhere else ... show more

I ordered this computer based on the specs and price; on the 4th picture of the product page (attached to this review), it clearly state “Extra large Touchscreen”. This laptop doesn’t have the touchscreen capability… very disappointing when you buy a product based on the advertised capabilities, just to find out that its not there! ... show more

I bought this for my grandson. He loves it! He plays Legend of Zelda and some other games on it. The screen is picture is fantastic. Sound is great. Battery life is very good. I believe it was a great value for the money.
