Support has been great in answering my questions - nothing wrong with the mobility scooter, just me asking silly how do I hook up my other accessories from previous mobility scooters, preventative maintenance, etc... even sent me pictures to clarify my how-to questions! Now that's support! Has no problem on different surfaces - the extra ground clearance is very helpful! If I could give six stars I would! Assembly took 10 minutes, and the battery had full power even after a six mile "joy-ride"! The scooter is powerful, and after charging 5 times, I noticed I get 25 Miles Per Charge at mid-speed. Customer Service gets a 4.5 Star, good job, guys. Wow. My father's license was taken away. He's a stroke victim and only has use of his left hand and at 78 he is very wobbly. He has gone 2 weeks w/out his license and was going down quickly.
