It was so easy to order. Went online typed in Amazon, mobility scooter, pressed "enter" and a site popped up. All down hill from here. Reviewed product offering and chose what I wanted and entered my payment and sat back and waited, for delivery. Item was delivered 6 days earlier than expected. Two days later I opened the box and removed all neatly packed items, mirrors, seat, basket, armrests, assorted nuts and bolts. All material was packaged and protected arrived without any damage. I then removed the scooter with assembled tiller, although it was heavy I just rolled it out of the box. There are a couple of smudge marks in the paint, oh well, it took a long ride. Assembly was a snap, directions were clear and understandable. Plugged in the off board charger for 12 hours. The following day I removed the charger, hopped on and away I went. The machine gets a 5-star rating. It is a very well-constructed, comfortable, and rugged Scooter. The scooter is powerful, and after charging 5 times, I noticed I get 25 Miles Per Charge at mid-speed. Customer Service gets a 4.5 Star, good job, guys. I just received my scooter. I ordered the 15 mile range with mirrors. The box did not have any damage but most of the smaller pieces inside were loose and rattling around. Could be package better. All parts were there except for the mirrors. I have placed a call with the manufacturer, but have not heard back yet. Assembly was not difficult, but I do believe the seat should’ve come pre-assembled to the seat frame. Did a very short ride. Turn radius could be better and it could ride a little bit smoother, but overall not bad. I will update this review and add or subtract a star depending on the results of the missing mirrors. Update: spoke to customer service who is very helpful. They explained that the mirrors usually chip separately. A couple days after speaking with them the mirrors arrive today. Overall, I’m happy with the cart but the battery does struggle bit when going uphill. Probably should’ve gotten the stronger battery just for that fact alone. ... show more

First of all this mobility scooter is not the most expensive nor is it the lowest price . For a little bit more money you can get a scooter with 10 inch wheels that has a top speed of 9mph and up to 26 miles on a battery charge . That is THIS ONE !! Yes you can spend a $1000 to $1500 more and get a seat that adjusts forward and backwards and a steering column that move by a switch and no round object to tighten but to me it’s just not worth all that extra money $$. I have sat on bigger more comfortable seats. It is lacking there! Another Plus is it is only 20 inches wide and I have room for it in my garage . Amazon is terrific , when I received the scooter it had minor paint issues and a defective part . Amazon helped Me resolve these issues with the Seller ! Amazon is the Best!! They really Care about Customer Satisfaction !! I’m looking forward to getting out this Summer and Cruising My neighborhood !! Saying Hello to All My Good Neighbors!! I'm about 6'9" tall. Some of these scooters would be way to low for me or have poor knee room. This one is fine. The seat is adjustable for height. There's plenty of room for my size 14 shoes. My knees don't hit the handlebars. I also chose this one because some scooters are just too slow. This one claimed 9mph. I only get 7, but maybe my 200 pounds is slowing it down. It's actually too fast at full speed indoors, but the speed control works fine. I'm using to get around in a factory while my foot is healing, so pretty smooth surfaces. I did run it out in the parking lot once for that speed test and it seemed OK at top speed out there. Mine has the intermediate size battery and I don't see that there will be a range issue. I've only charged it that first day, then driven it every day for a week now. No problem. I like it. It even has turn signals and brake lights. The turning radius could be better, but I suppose it could also be worse. It's adequate. ... show more
