This little bike is a blast! I would have put five stars if the customer support was better. I sent emails to them and received very vague answers. However, I like the bike a lot it is fun to ride and relatively easy to put together. I am a 64-year-old gray haired woman who is 5 ft 3 and 160 lb and it fits me perfect. I can put my feet on the ground and it has a kickstand. The quality of this bike is very sturdy and easy to ride. It has just enough power for me. Battery life is good, easy to manipulate it's not that heavy and I get a lot of looks when riding in town.

This bike you cant get parts for. Happy runs service is horrible. You can't get a new module if you ever need one like I do. So 6 months later you have an expensive pedal bike.

I bought this for a friend of mine who uses this bike for work. He rides every day, over 8 miles a day and loves it. It has plenty of power and can go a long time in between charges. The only drawback is that it is a very heavy bike to lift.

Speedometer at PA 3 is off by 3-5 MPH (Itll say im doing 32 on the bike but the speed trap will read 28) so they lied about the actual top speed. Realistically unless youre pedling on a straigh flat line you will never see more than 20ish miles in range and thats if youre being stingy with how fast you want to go. This model was advertsised on their website to have the NFC unlock LCD screen but it in fact does not. Customer support did send one out upon requeat but its not compatible at all with the current connectors on the bike. After 2 rides the front susspension has a horribe squeek to the point that im buying a 3rd party replacement asap. The headlight covering causes a terrible diffusion of the light that makes it almost dangerous to use at night so i ended up just taking it off. Overall, im not impressed. Its better than my previous walmart road bike but nowhere near worth the $781 after tax.

Recently bought one of these to use on local fire roads where gas bikes are not allowed. I love it for an hour long trip. My regular bicycle route is a mostly gravel 13 mile loop around the local lake. The route is hilly but no grades steeper than 10%. I weigh 230. I ride 12-25mph. Top speed on flat ground is 28-30mph for me. The bike maintains speed on hills but has a tough time starting on inclines. It is helpful to pedal but you dont want to pedal a bike like this very long. I put the bike in pedal assist 5 and use throttle almost exclusively. The suspension is weak and bottoms out easily but the fat tires eat up road vibration and with good lane selection the ride is tolerable. The seat is awful but adequate for short rides. This bike is good as an electric moped with a realistic range of 20 miles. Perfect for my intended uses but horrible if you are trying to cover more than 20 miles in a single outing. This bike might do 75 miles on a single charge if you are willing to walk alongside and push. I have a 5000w ebike with a realistic range of 75 miles but the battery in that bike costs more than this bike. You get what you pay for and at this price the HappyRun g50pro seems like a pretty good value so far. It is fun to whip through the forest on a small fat tire ebike.

The G50 Pro is an Amazing bike that is the fastest E-Bike I have ridden or have seen being ridded around my town. This is the nest bang for your buck. Full road options with the bike for riding 8n the lanes with traffic. It goes fast then ALL city speed limits! GREAT PURCHASE!!!

I bought this for my elders, and they picked it up very quickly. The scooter is very stable, with no wobbling even at low speeds. The power delivery is exceptionally linear and smooth, with absolutely no jerking. The seats are wide and soft, and the shock absorption is excellent, making it easy to navigate speed bumps in the neighborhood. Customer service responded promptly, resolving any concerns we had. It's not the most powerful, but it's the one that makes the whole family feel safe, comfortable, and worry-free.
