Parchment paper fits perfectly on medium HR trays. It seems to be coated? I don’t know if that’s normal but I usually buy parchment that has no coating. Now I’m worried about using it hand having food stick to it and getting the coating on it. Pictures below.

How did I live without these custom cut sizes before? I had tried silicone mats for my Harvest Right medium freeze dryer before but always felt they were missing something. I used to cut my own parchment tray liners, but after several loads of imperfect cuts, I went back to the silicone liners. Then, I stumbl ed upon these parchment pre-cut liners for my trays. My world is so much happier now. These are the perfect fit. They are thin enough that no extra dry time is needed and they hold up well, even with wet foods. I love these! Only downside is the cost. They are a bit pricey, but that won't stop me from buying them. ... show more
