We only used this on our golf cart for charging from date bought 7/23/2023 thru Sept 1, 2023. Then put away for the season, went to charge golf cart 5/24/2024 and had issues. Finally had put in Golf Cart shop. Shop called today and was told, this battery charger was no longer charging our golf cart properly.. So disappointed after spending this kind of money, and charger no longer charges. I just saw we have a 12 month warranty, so we will contact the company. Also comes with 12 month warranty from the company, we could not reach the company, email given for contact was not valid. Truly lost our money on this, and very surprise Amazon sells this product.
