First off, I want to thank the Jurassic Park Jeep guy for suggesting using gaffer tape. I didn't read much of the instructions. The instructions said to lay the fabric down with zippers undone, put the foam sheets inside, line up, pull off the 3M tape backing, and stick into place. As I didn't have gaffer tape, I used blue painter's tape. I just put the foam sheets around the exterior of the roll bars, save for the two on the spreader bars as those foam pieces were already attached to the fabric. It wasn't hard to distinguish which part went where. I then wrapped the painter's tape around and around like a barber shop pole before putting the fabric on. Zipping up was pretty easy after doing some light tugging. I found out that the roll bars actually has each leg section layered. So one starts with the top section, zips from top down, then the new zippered section covers that zipper until one gets to where the roll bar attaches to the frame. My universal LED trailer light did require some small holes with a leather hole punch past the stitching and zipper to reattach. ... show more

Fit my 1993 Sahara perfectly. Amazing quality and pretty much OEM. I didn't need to use anything extra to install as some others have indicated. Took me about an hour or so. Much easier than expected

It’s decent quality. As you might imagine it’s not exactly a blast to install. I put the foam on the bar and taped it in place to make it easier. I wish it went about 4” lower at the bottom of the legs. I can see where a lower quality product could be a real bear to install.
