My Wrangler Sahara is a happy camper, now that it's covered nicely with these Spice bars after 28 years of the original, and tired and worn out, ones. Installation will take you some time if you're doing it solo, so an extra pair of hands is best. Tip: Lay out the pieces and figure out the right positioning. My only complaint is that some of the padding isn't affixed. Be sure to follow the directions in the order of installing them. The zippers will be tight, especially if you find out that the previous owner replaced part of the bar with one that's slightly wider than OEM. A heating gun or hair dryer can soften it up if needed. First off, I want to thank the Jurassic Park Jeep guy for suggesting using gaffer tape. I didn't read much of the instructions. The instructions said to lay the fabric down with zippers undone, put the foam sheets inside, line up, pull off the 3M tape backing, and stick into place. As I didn't have gaffer tape, I used blue painter's tape. I just put the foam sheets around the exterior of the roll bars, save for the two on the spreader bars as those foam pieces were already attached to the fabric. It wasn't hard to distinguish which part went where. I then wrapped the painter's tape around and around like a barber shop pole before putting the fabric on. Zipping up was pretty easy after doing some light tugging. I found out that the roll bars actually has each leg section layered. So one starts with the top section, zips from top down, then the new zippered section covers that zipper until one gets to where the roll bar attaches to the frame. My universal LED trailer light did require some small holes with a leather hole punch past the stitching and zipper to reattach. ... show more

At the time of this review, the description is still wrong. These do not fit a TJ, they fit 95 and earlier. Do not be fooled by the product description. I'm sure it fits those years wonderfully, but if you have a TJ or newer, stay away

The color is perfect the fit is pretty good very difficult for one person, a good trick is to use gaffer tape to get foam in place, doing that was pretty hard the foam felt like it was just a tad to large, that lead to tearing but not a ton, it gets 4 stars because I love the color Product it self more of a 3/5 ... show more

Difficult to install. Once you get it in, it's really nice. I added the YJ family style roll bar to my CJ-8 Scrambler, and this was a nice finishing touch. the padding is just about right (not to thin). The set I got included the bars from the frame to the windshield although it's not shown in the picture. ... show more
