We just updated our countertops and waited to install this sink, since I purchased it 8 months ago. Our plumber installed it with no hiccups and was impressed by the weight of it and that he didn't need to use putty in the drain, as it comes with 2 gaskets. We skipped the clips and used silicone instead and it's perfect! We replaced a divided sink and I'm so happy with the size and depth of this one. My colander was slightly warped, but a gentle twist with my hands straightened it right out. My cutting board and drying rack fit perfectly, So happy with this purchase and the gunmetal black looks sharp! EDIT: As it turns out, when I went to use the cutting board, I noticed it's actually warped through the center and the food rolls off of it. I messaged the company and they immediately responded and are sending me a new one. Great customer service!! ... show more

I considered giving this sink only 4 stars, but I decided to give it 5 stars since the the quality of the sink itself is very high. It's a thick, solid, heavy sink! It's not like the thinner, lighter stainless steel sink I've purchased from big box stores in the past. This has the quality of a high-end expensive sink but with a much lower cost. It looks very nice too. It has two minor shortcomings. The mounting screws are useless. There's no way these things can ever work. No worries though. I just used a silicon adhesive. The other issue is the wood cover. It warped when sitting on the sink for the first time. It didn't even get wet and it warped significantly. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this sink.     • Cut out is all wrong, but sink is nice. Cutting board is useless.

Nice sink and good value overall, but the cut-out template and measurements are all wrong. The hold-down clips are positioned so that the sink will not drop in properly. You either need to cut a larger hole overall (which I do not recommend as that would make the lip awfully narrow) or gouge out eight little divots on the edges of the cut-out (which is what I did). The sink would drop in perfectly if not for the hold down brackets. I agree with others that the hold down hardware itself is sort of chintzy as well. The cutting board that came with the sink is nice in concept, but is warped and low quality. I will not be using it, but did not bother asking for a replacement as I am not confident it would be any better. ... show more
