Have had this product for more than a month, and it has been extremely reliable and helpful not to mention zippy. It is quite comfortable and stable with a chassis that can withstand a lot of rough and tumble from pavement to some light to medium off-roading. The turn radius is quite generous, and the unit itself has quite a diverse array of adjustment capabilities throughout its structure for overall customization as well as storing it in a vehicle for transport. Really appreciate all the safety features from the very audible backup alert and honker to the very capable and bright LED headlight and tough brakes as well as the front collision bar and anti-tipping back wheels. The weight is a bit on the heavy side, but you really get a lot of capability for it! And its front and rear baskets are spacious and provide more than adequate storage. It has plenty of legroom as well. Not to mention the battery life is just leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. And if you order the models with extra batteries, you can go VERY FAR, but you can still go great distances with the included one. Customer service is second to none as Fleur and Lena in particular helped me with securing the rear view mirrors that didn’t arrive with my order as well as a replacement for the extra 25Ah battery that came damaged initially. I love the versatility in speed and terrain mobility.. moves well in home, streets, shops and yard. Does not like sandy areas. Simple assembly and great adjustments in seat, arm width and steering column. Great front light but no backlight so not perfectly safe for night use. It seems sturdy.

I got it, I paid more for the same cream battery life. It’s just a second battery, you have to carry it with you. Mine didn’t hold a charge and I had to get a refund. I was told I would get a new second battery and I didn’t ever get it. They say it’s easy to put in your car. It is, for 2 people. It’s extremely heavy. The scooter is really really uncomfortable and the seat wobbles making you feel very insecure when moving and uncomfortable when just sitting. I don’t use it daily and didn’t realize until now. And now I am past the return time. I’m calling today. I would rather spend the money and get a better one. ... show more
