There are some things you need to remember. On the back of the battery cover is the admin log in information. (Need to take out battery) I highly suggest changing the name of your network immediately, and also setting up a new Wifi password you or your family can remember. The default one setup by the device won't be too secure. Next if you connect your tablet or computer to this device, I suggest pausing updates or updating your unit over your own Wifi before connecting as these can eat up lots of data. The connection is pretty good overall and I usually average out 3 to 4 bars strength in some areas. Keep in mind that hotspots are not for everyone and depending on your usage you may find you burn through a lot of data in one sitting. It's design to give you internet on the go, rather then be a continuous link to the internet. But a whole lot better than being on a public wifi network.

It was a little confusing how to connect the wifi with the device. I was going to give up and return it. Thank God that I contacted the seller and he/she was able to help me. I carry the device whenever I go out and enjoy the safe wifi of my own. It's so portable and lightweight. I think this device is also a good backup wifi if your home internet were out.

Arrived right on time for my trip. Connected fast and WiFi signal is strong. Very easy to use and a sims card is not needed. Coverage is excellent. This is a must have. I live in Florida and this is will be perfect during hurricane season and internet is down.
