Sturdy, well-built couch feels and looks luxurious. It is very comfortable. Shortly after ordering, the company sent a message on what to expect for delivery of this item. It seemed like it would be a large, heavy order but it was easy to manage bringing the boxes inside and assembling the pieces. The four boxes arrived during the first couple of days of the given delivery range dates. It was simple to put together for one person. Lots of extra labeled screws, washers, tools, and a clear direction booklet were provided in each box. Even furniture pads are provided to put on the sofa feet! Hopefully, the next version will include washable cushion covers? The couch has a quality frame, well-stuffed cushions, and is made of warm, extra soft corduroy/velour material. The media could not be loaded. This couch is very easy to put together. Comes with all the tools you’ll need. You can configure however you want! Takes about 3 days for cushions to fully expand so don’t judge it right away. The fabric is like a linen/corduroy and color shows how it is online. Very cozy. Nice and deep not to firm not to soft. It is a low couch and not very high off the ground which is what I was looking for. Very light boxes. Came in 4 separate boxes. I moved all by myself. The heaviest was 50 something pounds. Was delivered right to my driveway within 3 days. Very happy with this item ... show more

This couch was very easy to put together, I had no problems assembling it. I love the color and the cushions are really soft. The size was exactly what I was looking for, it fits perfectly in the space. The only negative feedback would be that the back of the couch is very straight, there is not anywhere to recline. Package was shipped out and arrived way sooner than expected. Package arrived in 4 separate boxes in which 3 were delivered one day and the 4th box was delivered two days later which I did know before shipment due to reading the reviews. Couch did have some spots on it probably due to being packaged in the warehouse but I do not think it is acceptable because it is a very light beige couch. Thankfully the spots are in places you can’t really see. Also the 3rd pillow wasn’t fluffy enough had to add a pillow inside of it to fluff up. Overall large couch, good for price paid. Back support is good. Couch isn’t too heavy at all and was easy to put together. Couch puffed up nicely after opening package. Couch is comfortable to sit on. Quality is a 7/10.
