I purchased this set 8 months ago and thought now would be a good time to give a review after the utensils have seen some use to give everyone an idea about how they hold up over time. I bought these so I could have a set dedicated utensils at work and I didn't want to bring any from home. After 8 months, this set still looks brand new. There is no fading, chipping, flaking and no rust. The case is sturdy and still zips like a champ. Just to be clear, I wash everything immediately after use and put it back in it's case after it's dry so nothing gets banged around or sits in water. The case immediately goes back in the drawer where it stays. I wasn't expecting much out of the steak knife, but that thing is SHARP and I'm relieved it comes with a sheath. I have never used the chopsticks or the tiny little salt and pepper shakers so can't speak for them. This is an excellent set for a great price point. There's value and benefit in this purchase - money well spent. I would definitely buy this again. ... show more

Little did I know how good it really was! I was not expecting such good quality. The utensils and straws are durable. The little spice jars are perfect, small enough to not take up space but big enough so I'm not refilling it constantly. And everything fits in the small pouch. I used to have a similar set, that i lost somehow lol, but this one is a lot nicer. I like that this has both a table knife and a steak knife(that has a safety cover, and it feels quality), love that it comes with silicone straw tips(can't stand cold metal against my teeth), and little spice shakers! I put salt and pepper in mine, they have a great top system. Theres a screw-on outer top, and a plug style inner top, which has the shaker holes but also a little flip lid so that it doesnt fill the screw-on lid. I really like that and it seems to work well so far. The zippy bag has elastic straps to hold stuff, but I'll probably end up just throwing everything in cause I'm lazy, lol. ... show more

I work full-time as a firefighter paramedic for multiple agencies. I have currently started meal prepping and bringing my own food to work. This utensil set has been a staple for my lunchbox since getting it. It has everything I could potentially need for long shifts. I love the fact that it comes with an actual knife as opposed to just a better knife for when I decide to bring chicken breast or steak with me. I also absolutely love sushi, and the fact that these come with washable chopsticks is amazing. Most of the time when I drink water, I just drink it from a glass at the station, but these straws with the silicone tips are very convenient to have. The carrying case is very compact and does not take up a lot of room. My only complaint would be the season shakers, one of them should have bigger holes than the other for spices other than just salt and pepper, as I like to use kinder brand seasons for some of my food.
