Cools Fast and Makes a Huge Difference
Color: milky White
I wasn't sure how well a portable AC would cool a larger room, but this one has honestly exceeded my expectations. We use it in a large living room that's around 650–700 square feet, and it cools the space much faster than I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward, and everything I needed was included. The remote is convenient, especially at night, and I really like the sleep mode because it's quieter while we're sleeping. The timer is also a nice feature since I can have it turn off automatically without worrying about it running all night. The dehumidifier works surprisingly well too. We live in a humid area, and the room feels much more comfortable even before the temperature drops. The auto swing helps circulate the cool air throughout the room instead of blowing in just one direction. Like most portable air conditioners, you'll hear the compressor when it's running, but it's no louder than I expected and definitely not distracting. Overall, it's been reliable, cools efficiently, and has made a huge difference during the hot summer months. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a portable AC for a larger room.

Convenient portable AC.
Color: milky White
I bought this portable AC because we had an issue with our original one and discovered that this one works really good for our medium size room. It was very easy to use and the different modes are a plus. It cool spaces quickly and keep it during all night. Has a little noise but razonable, and the best you can move it wherever you need at the time. The control remote option is also a great plus.

Color: milky White
I’m really happy with this portable AC. It cools my large room quickly and keeps it comfortable, even on hot days. The remote is convenient, and I like having the fan, dehumidifier, and sleep mode all in one unit. The timer and auto swing work great too. It was easy to set up, and overall it’s been a great purchase. I would definitely recommend it for this summer time is perfect

Gave up on this unit!
Color: milky White
I finally gave up on this Humhold unit after a week of trying to make it work. Honestly, don't let the "14,000 BTU" or the "700 sq. ft." claims fool you—it’s just not happening. I bought it for my living room, and even with all the blinds pulled and the door shut, it barely made a dent in the heat. It felt more like a slightly chilled breeze than an actual AC. The noise is another huge issue. It’s supposed to have a sleep mode, but the compressor is so loud it sounds like there’s a truck idling in the hallway. I had to turn my TV volume way up just to hear over it. Setting it up was a pain, too. The window kit felt really cheap and flimsy, and I had to use a ton of extra weather stripping just to keep the hot air from leaking back in. Plus, I felt like I was constantly draining the thing. For a "portable" unit, it’s a lot of high-maintenance work for very little cooling. I really wanted to like this because the price was decent, but it’s just not powerful enough for a large room. If you’re trying to cool anything bigger than a small office, I’d definitely look elsewhere. The Bad: Doesn't come close to cooling 700 sq. ft. Super noisy (even on "quiet" settings) Flimsy window kit Constant draining The Good: It looks nice, I guess? But that doesn't help when you're sweating.

Good while it lasted
Color: milky White
I've only had this unit since March and it's been going downhill. At first it worked perfectly. Did not have to drain it, did not have to adjust any settings for it to stay on. Now, it stops multiple times a day without reason. It leaks even though all the drain holes are plugged. When I was draining it, it was overflowing the bucket every day. I live in a very dry state, there's no humidity so I could only attribute it to the frost on the condenser, which is minimal. Unfortunately it had to be set pretty low or it will not cool the space at all. That of course makes the condenser start to freeze up. Overall just not very effective AC unit. It was good while it lasted.

10/10
Color: milky White
I am very satisfied with this portable air conditioner. It cools the room much faster than I expected and is perfect for large spaces. The installation was simple and the remote control makes it very practical to use. Also, it doesn't make as much noise as I thought, so I can sleep comfortably with sleep mode. The value for money is excellent. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an efficient and easy-to-use air conditioning.

Great Buy🥰
Color: milky White
This portable AC cools my house perfectly! Installation was easy-the window kit took 10 minutes and fit perfectly in my room. Works well and noise level is low. Love that I can wheel it comfortably to anywhere around my house during the day. Huge relief in summer heat!

Huge disappointment - Not recommended
Color: milky White
I purchased this portable AC after much research and reading reviews. Unfortunately, it it doesn't meet expectations. The window installation kit is poorly designed and constructed. It may work well in very large windows, but not small to mid-size. The exhaust tube has come out of the window and the AC unit bracket twice and was not easy to reinstall. The unit emitted a mildew smell. At the highest setting, it cooled the room by a few degrees in a few hours but I had to be sitting within a few feet to feel the cooler air. The fan alone does nothing. I have inexpensive table fans that cool more effectively. The swing feature doesn't disperse cool air. It opens and closes the hatch covering the air vent. I tried calling customer service for 2 days, but only busy signals. I also emailed, but got no response. There are many brands to chose from. Skip this one.
