This product works well and customer service went the extra mile to make sure I got a good product. I would probably give it 4.5 stars because it has some idiosyncrasies of which one MUST be aware. But I'm giving it 5 stars for the Customer Service. One idiosyncrasy of which you must be aware: YOU MUST charge the unit until the status gauge is showing 13-14v (WHICH is very misleading because that is well BEYOND what the gauge calls a 100% charge. At 100% it will NOT jumpstart your car. At 14V (which takes about 30+ hours of charging with the AC charger and is well past 100% ) it started my Toyota Tundra easily 6 times (my truck starts easily (no extended cranking) but it does take a big battery and this unit handled it easily. 2) The first of these units I bought did not come with an AC charging unit. It only came with a cig lighter charging unit. The replacement didn't come with a DC charging unit but only an AC charging unit. I also tested the tire inflation feature. It works very well. NOT really fast but still did the job. I let all of the air out of my 265 65/R17 truck tire and used this unit to inflate it. It took exactly 15min. to get to 35lbs of pressure (max rating for this tire). Afterward the status gauge was showing 13V. I did not try to jump the truck with it so I don't know if it has enough juice to do both without a recharge. I have yet to use it to power my APAP but this is one of the reasons I bought it so I will update after checking that out.

The airhose is a little hard to get back into its compartment, and it’s very heavy, but fine for just getting it out of the trunk to hood and back, but those are the only two slight cons I’ve noticed. I’ve inflated my car tire, bike tire, jump started my car a dozen times and used it to charge my family’s phones during a power outage. My dad likes it too, he keeps hinting at wanting one for himself. 100% worth it

I charged and connected it per instructions and it wouldn't crank my engine the first time I tried it. Worked great after I figured out that I needed to turn the big red switch in the back. Duh!

Robust design with a strong rubber-accented handle for a strong Air compressor clear label and easy to operate rotating LED lights (probably brighter) . I’ve used it to pump car and bicycle tires and sport balls, AC power sockets: 110V, 60Hz DC sockets: Two 12V 11A Max, 132W USB POWER PORTS: 5V 2.1a working lamp: 5led AC charger adapter output: led AC charger adapter output: So far, this is a great product that hopefully will last for many years. So far, so good. When it comes back to rotation, I will update it with any pros and cons necessary.

Charge didn't last long enough. I bought this to Charge my cpap machine and other devices for a camping trip, but it ran out of juice after only running my cpap machine for 3 hours and then wouldn't Charge back up enough to run the cpap for more than a few minutes the next night. It was a waste of money. By the time my trip was over, I couldn't return it. I don't know if I just got a dud or not, but I don’t recommend buying it.

I need a jumper for my car because of a bad battery. Although I replaced my battery recently, this jumper assured me that my car won’t have any trouble at all time. Plus, I may help my friends to jump start their cars since they don’t drive very often due to the increased gas price.
