Ordered 3 of those for each of my children to have one while we go on vacation for the long car ride. They arrived and we checked them to ensure they work, one has a black screen and will not work at all. It has power, but is a black screen. Pretty upset, as I will now have to choose which child gets to play with these and one will be left out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. UPDATE- The seller reached out to me and corrected the situation. They believe the damage occurred as a rough transit/delivery of the TV. A replacement was sent and it works perfectly.

These are worth every penny. I like how you can change the color on the bottom as well. One person posted a photo claiming they came with remotes. Maybe that was a while ago but the description and mine did NOT come with remotes. Bought seat covers to hide the wires as mine are not hard wired to the vehicle yet.

Update on the current issue, I had to factory reset the device and followed their instructions and it working properly now. We will see how long it works. So I followed directions, tried to uninstall Disney plus and reinstall and with no luck. It will not update Disney plus or other apps that were preloaded

We love our car screen, it has been a wild ride of ups and downs with a few technical difficulties. customer support was so so awesome and patient, thank you Wang for all of your help. Very quick with responses and solutions. I highly recommend the tv car screen.

Do not purchase!!! Bought this to use for streaming services like prime, Disney, Netflix, peacock, etc. “”“This device does not support those streaming services as it states in the description!””” Also device is laggy and very slow. Definitely outdated which is why none of the apps work. Pixel on screen is burnt out and shows up while using. Avoid this product!!!! I’m out $350+. Dave your money and buy an iPad and iPad Mount. That’s what I should of done and going to have to do.

Ok first i kinda though some funny business was up with this device. Hearing about the problem installing programs using google play. This is what i found and or confirmed It not using android 10 but android 8.1 this would explain the problem with google play. In order to for this device to indicate it has android 10 the firmware would have had to been hacked i confirm that 2gigs of ram but his low for this device i got the 32gb module but it actual had 25Gb 4 cores 32bit max 1.608mhz max speed It think it has a battery and it healthy--wrong resolution isn't 4K but instead 1080 rk3288 chipset that suppose to be installed can decode at up to 4k 60 per vendor but the screen resolution is too low so your never see the benefits of it This device is a bit misleading The chipset rk3288 was first release back in august of 2014.. at 360 dollar they are selling chipset that is 9 years old The mounting hardware works well.
