Really nice unit that cools really quickly! From the first time I started it up, it took about 5 seconds before ice cold air started to come out. It took only a few minutes to set it all up and get it running (not including putting the foam seals around the window as I haven't decided on where exactly I want to place it) The operation is simple and easy to understand, though I still recommend reading the manual. The unit is quite heavy though so keep that in mind. It's about 75lbs, but once you are able to get it out of the box and off the styrofoam bottom, it is pretty easy to move around thanks to it having wheels on the bottom. Air filters are easy to get to and clean, and the drains are nice and securely sealed when not being used so you don't have to worry about water leaking. Overall this is a very nice portable A/C and I hope it will last for many years as I don't like being hot or sweaty!

Living in the humid, muggy Carolinas in the peak of summer, I decided to put an end to my nightly saga of getting drenched in sweat while building things in the garage, and invest in one of these. They’re not cheap, but they’re certainly cheaper than you’ll find at any big box store, and with 14,000 BTUs this thing CRANKS some cool. If we were living here longer I’d probably invest in a mini split, but for about 10x less cost, this thing does as great of job — plus it’s portable! Planning to take it camping, to music festivals, job sites, and any situation I wanna stay cooled off. Buy this without hesitation, you won’t regret it.

This quiet and powerful portable air conditioner is keeping me cool all day and night. I have a small apartment and I don’t want to install in my windows. This is great as I can move from room to room. I can also pack it away when not in use. During day time I keep in the living room and at night in my bedroom. I am getting many good night sleeps. It is easy to use with remote control and temperature settings. There is nothing to install except for the hose to connect to. The design is sleek and I’ve got many compliments.

Bought this for my basement that gets too hot during the summer, but ended up using it as dehumidifier for an area of the house that got a little humid after a storm. This unit has been great doing its job, it has everything I needed to set it up right in, the drainage is simple to set up and the vents for the windows are slim enough to fit almost any window. I am using it on a 650sqft room and works excellent.

This air conditioner is incredibly easy to install, even for someone with little experience, and comes with everything needed. It cools the room impressively fast, with strong airflow that reaches every corner. Since installing it, I’ve been able to sleep much better, even during the hottest nights. It’s surprisingly quiet, easy to operate, and perfectly sized for smaller apartments or bedrooms. The sleek, modern design also fits nicely with my home decor.
