It fits my 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T but the only thing is once I got my old radiator out. That’s when I noticed that this radiator is a little bit thinner but I already had everything out and this was the only radiator I had on hand at the time now, so I just put it in. Installed and fit good. Only issue is after I got it all installed the transmission line adapters were leaking. Not where the line clips into them but where they were threaded into the radiator tank, they were not fully tightened. Only reason that drops the rating substantially is because they were a pain to get to in order to tighten them up after it’s all installed and put back together. So before you install it take a pair of pliers to the adapters and tighten them down a good bit, snug won’t quite keep them from leaking. I included a picture of the adapters.
