100% fit on the frame of a Core 13x13 Single Tier Tent. The Original OEM canopy tore at the seams where the horizontal velcro ties were sewn on (between the lower part of the canopy and the upper part where the colors meet) when I tried to take it down for the fall. Several reviews stated that this replacement tent also exhibited the same problem, so I decided not to attach the velcro and see if it still rips at the seam at the start of fall this year. The price is much better than when I was looking for a replacement a year ago. The cost was almost the same as buying a whole new tent. So when I saw the price go down to where I felt comfortable, I bought it.

Arrived on time in perfect condition. It fit my frame just as it should. When erected, it is nice and taught and doesn't flop around when a breeze comes along. In other words, it works as advertised. I guess there are cheaper replacement canopies out there but this one is worth the money. Oh, and it looks good, too.

I bought this replacement canopy for my Core brand frame. The top fits except for the velcro that should be strapped to the bars all around. Because it isn't an OEM canopy, they do not reach at all. I don't know whether this is necessarily good or bad, but it means the top is only attached at the four corners. The price was okay, I paid $84. It is well made, the material is sturdy. The color is white with a tan color all around the edge, which looks great.

Perfect fit, replaced our Coleman original top. Seems well made, we had a some wind and rain in the past two weeks and it did as expected. A few drops of rain comes in the middle but that is the same as the Coleman due to the vents at the top. Didn't stop me to work under it with a laptop. Would definitely buy again.

This was exactly what we needed. Purchased our Coleman canopy from Costco. Coleman does not have tarp replacements. Came to amazon seen the reviews and purchased. Fits perfectly, no issues, very happy. Paid for tarp Replacement and not have to purchase a New canopy. If you need just the tarp, this is the one! so happy. :)
