This is an amazing couch! It came in 5 separate packages over a few days but it seems like you can build the pieces as you receive them. Which was very easy to assemble! And it’s very sturdy, it does not make noises. Very comfy as well, I was able to take a nap on it. The fabric feels good and thick quality. It’s bigger than we expected which is nice and the storage bins in the ottomans are wonderful. I’m a small lady and I can move it on my own easily. It looks so good!!!! ... show more

Met expectations. At least most. Very comfortable I'm not understanding the reviews on comfort lol. Plushy soft good material not cheap looking like I was scared it might look because of the price. But pleased with it overall. The color isn't a dark black but more so on a charcoal or ashy black side. I added extra stuffing i had to the side and back pillows to make them fluffier. We love the couch! We purchased it in terracotta and the color is exactly what we were after! The cushions were quite firm at first but are working in with use and are becoming very comfy! We love the look and feel of the fabric. It was delivered in 6 boxes and was a very simple and easy to follow assembly. Customer service was also top notch! We had questions after we received just one box and not the other 5, but customer service was right on it tracking the remaining boxes and sending me updates. Easy to put together. Slightly too firm. It's a bigger couch than I thought it'd be, but the fact you can easily take it apart is awesome. The height of the couch is large for the price. I was hesitant to order another piece of furniture online, but this is fabulous for the price! All 3 boxes arrived before the estimated date. I recommend washing the covers before it fully inflates & making sure to notice that the footrest is taller than the cushion seats on the sofa. The color is fabulous. I did not wait for it to fully inflate to sit on it. There was a ton of shredding of threads that came off during the first washing of the inside of the covers. Firm cushioning, but not too solid. I was hesitant of the height as I started putting it together, but once it was finished, it is perfect. I recommend having a second set of hands to help, especially with holding the covers together to zip. The instructions, if you can call them that, are very sparse. Overall, I find this extremely comfortable to lounge on & it is perfect for a small living room. 👌 ... show more
