My oldest son is in trade school for auto tech, where they literally rebuild engines during class. Add in his 15+ years of building with legos- I thought this would be a fun project for him! The bricks are of good quality, and appear to be compatible with original Lego. They snap together and stay together well, creating a sturdy connection. The instructions are clear and easy to follow; as hes been building this in his free time between work and school, he can easily pick up where he left off even days later with no trouble. He has not finished this build yet, but is looking forward to testing the final product to see it "run". I will be sure to come back and update once the build is complete, but for now, he gives this set 4 stars.

Keep track of all your parts and count them all! Be careful which pieces you put together because if some are slightly bigger and you force it in you'll be trying to pry it apart.
