I use a machine similar to this one at my chiropractor. I loved the benefits of getting a good stretch. I can across this product and thought I would try it out. It exceeds my expectations. I was worried that it would not be stable due to the price, but it very sturdy. I have bad knees and floor stretching tweaks them. Using this to stretch takes the pressure off my knees and lets me get a great deep stretch. I use it mostly for the lower back, upper back, shoulders and hamstrings. Assembly is required, but it was very easy and had it ready to go in about 25 minutes. All tools were included and the screws are packaged by step. So, on step one the screws and bolts are packaged for just that step so there is not risk of not knowing which part is needed. If you are on the fence about this product and have used and loved the precor version (very costly), this is an excellent stretching and I recommend it! Great product at a great price!

This stretch bench is great, especially for the price point. It's compact enough to store in a small space but still very sturdy. Instructions were very easy to follow for assembly. The entire process took less than 1 hour. There was maybe two steps where a second set of hands was helpful, but one person could still assemble alone. I've been using it for a week and it definitely hits the target areas. The main downside is the size of the writing on the stretches. It's tiny! I recommend the product.

So I’m a basketball player/Security guard that works in a nursing home and I was trying to find a way to do some type of committed stretching without having to fight myself to get on the floor, but this def given me what I needed, I would say that weighted mobility workouts are better in the long run but stretching has shown to improve sleep quality, so all in all it was pretty worth it I use it everyday and it allows me to stretch out before bed without having to get on the dirty floor and it’s easy to get into and I’m 6’4. Hope this helps! FYI if you want more flexibility/mobility i would opt for weighted stretching/mobility but if you like to stretch especially before bed this is great if you have the finances! Lastly, Im a follower of Jesus and Amazon has products that are great but one day we will all pass away and we can’t bring the products with us so i would encourage anyone reading to check out the historical resurrection of Jesus Christ! I am deeply disappointed with the condition of this Sunny Health & Fitness product upon arrival. I purchased this decompression bench a while ago but was traveling and only just opened the box to assemble it. My disappointment was immediate. The product was clearly damaged before it ever got to me. One of the armrests has a significant crack in it, and the sealed hardware package was missing several essential screws needed for assembly. Because of the missing parts, putting it together was impossible. But more importantly, even if I could assemble it, the cracked armrest makes the entire machine a serious safety hazard. There is no way I would trust this bench to support my body weight during stretching or decompression exercises. This isn't a case of minor shipping scuffs; this is a complete failure of quality control. I've been left with a large, heavy, and completely useless piece of equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. You are taking a serious gamble on receiving a safe, functional item.

I really wanted to like this thing. The idea is great and beats going to a stretch lab or chiropractor every week. I have an inversion table I really like but will only spend two minutes on it. I wanted something I could spend 10 to 15 minutes on. I have bad sciatica and hoped this would help. If I were not as tall (6'1") it may have proved helpful. I need a little more support under the legs/knees. Due to the design and my height, there is no way to provide the needed support. The ankle supports could be more comfortable but is tolerable. I tried about every possible configuration but could not find a comfortable position. I had no issues with the supports under the arms as some people have had. The device may be helpful for some - as stated in reviews.
