I use a machine similar to this one at my chiropractor. I loved the benefits of getting a good stretch. I can across this product and thought I would try it out. It exceeds my expectations. I was worried that it would not be stable due to the price, but it very sturdy. I have bad knees and floor stretching tweaks them. Using this to stretch takes the pressure off my knees and lets me get a great deep stretch. I use it mostly for the lower back, upper back, shoulders and hamstrings. Assembly is required, but it was very easy and had it ready to go in about 25 minutes. All tools were included and the screws are packaged by step. So, on step one the screws and bolts are packaged for just that step so there is not risk of not knowing which part is needed. If you are on the fence about this product and have used and loved the precor version (very costly), this is an excellent stretching and I recommend it! Great product at a great price!

At 63 jogging was becoming more difficult because of the pain in my sciatic nerve (self-diagnosed) and hip flexors. Stretching lightly before and heavily after jogging on this machine has seeming cured my issues. Pain free running! Easy to assemble, a 13mm socket and drill adapter or socket driver will save you a lot of time. Well made, lock washers on every bolt. I’m 225 lbs and it seems very sturdy. Easy to clean. 100% would purchase again.

I've been looking for this Stretching Machine (one that I could afford) for years. During those years my little town gained 4 NEW gyms and 2 that expanded locations and 1 enlarged. NONE added this powerful little guy. I'm 75 yo and maintain that my muscles are NOT rubber bands looking forward to doing 10 REPS of heel n toe. I actually celebrated the day this came up on a search I had all but given up on. In 2012 I couldn't find a used one for under $450. Assembly is required. Took about an hour. Instructions are step by step, with all screws for each step, individually shrink wrapped, packed and step numbered in one super easy accessory cardboard pack PLUS the only 2 tools needed. My floor is slick laminate so I added a non skid mat to my order. I applaud SUNNY for providing a well built, stable exercise piece for a reasonable price. My height, weight, age AND wallet thank you.... and so do my muscles 😊

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this unit a few days ago for my 78 year old mom who has a lot of lower back pain. I use a much better machine at the gym that helps me so I figured…. you know be a good son and get one for her. That is until I searched for it and realized how expensive that one at my gym is. I went with the Sunny one because it was the least expensive and they made it look really good in the pictures. That was a mistake. It’s not a quality machine. This thing is tiny compared to what I am used to using. The seat back is maybe 6 inches across and barely offers support. The seat is too close to the handles ( maybe 3 fingers of distance) and you end up in a much more uncomfortable collapsed position than other stretch machines that I have used. One of my favorite exercises is the glute stretch where you place one knee over the other and lean back. I kept catching my foot on the handles getting into that position and almost tipped the whole thing over trying to get out of it. I thought the hamstring foam thing was cool when I saw pictures of it. I struggled to get my ankles into the foam pieces without hitting my shins on the handlebars. The seat cushion is really thin and digs into the back of my legs. If you are over 5’5” then you will have to lean back, balance and then slide a foot in from the side to use the foam things because its so cramped. Awkward to say the least. This is dangerous for my mom to try to do that. I’ll be sending this back as soon as I have the time to disassemble it and pack it back up. This is me a 6’1” guy on this thing. That should give you some perspective of who this is made for…. Very skinny very short people. Do yourself a favor and opt for one that is sturdier, has more support and some room between the handles and knee pad.

For the price, this is fairly close to the Precor stretcher at the gym. Works great, Very sturdy, easy to put together. It can do all the stretches, the major difference is that it a bit smaller. So, other than a hamstring stretch it works for everything. The solution is just to take the unnecessary pads from under the handle.
