This bike is one of the best I have seen. The quality was exceptional just by the way the product came packaged. It took me more time unpacking the bike than the assembly of it. The bike is very well constructed, sturdy and looks great. Quality throughout the bike. I am very satisfied with this product. I love it. The bike is fast so becareful using just the throttle. There is only one thing I found odd but I got use to it pretty quick the front basket does not turn when the handle bars turn like tradition pedal bikes. Great product! ... show more

Perfect for St. Pete Beach Cruising 🌴🚲 From downtown St. Pete all the way to Treasure Island, these bikes are AWESOME. This is exactly what we needed for Florida riding. Our area is mostly flat and full of bike lanes and trails running from the bay to the gulf, and the GOKEEP 1300W fits that lifestyle perfectly. Performance-wise, this bike definitely has some kick — be ready! 😄 It’s powerful, quick off the line, maintains speed easily, and makes long rides fun instead of tiring. The pedal assist is smooth and responsive, and the 20” fat tires feel extremely stable on pavement and beach-adjacent roads. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and we love the color. We’ve taken these bikes out all day multiple times since getting them in December. Functionality is excellent. The bike came with clear instructions and was easy to assemble — the basket, tail rack, and lights were all included, which made the roughly hour-long setup much easier than expected. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, even for casual riders. As for foldability, we honestly haven’t even used that feature yet (and forgot it folded). It is a heavier bike for me to lift up more than a few stairs, but the tradeoff is a sturdy, solid build that feels safe and durable, which matters far more to us than portability. Charging does take a while, but it hasn’t been an issue. We simply charge the battery when we get home, pop it back on in the morning, and it’s ready for the next adventure. The removable battery is super convenient — easy to lock when parked in public and simple to remove once we’re home. Overall, these bikes are perfect for beach towns and bike-friendly cities. We absolutely love them and use them constantly. Highly recommend if you live in a coastal or bike-lane-heavy area like St. Pete. 🌊☀️ ... show more

Had this Gokeep step thru for a few weeks. Like getting on and off safely and easily. Power is very good. Service is responsive and is currently helping me change some settings like speed limits. I put saddlebags on and can get all my groceries including gallon jugs and liter bottles. Go to the gym and tennis in hilly San Diego with no problems. Added an old cell phone for gps speed and trip stats. Even Costco trips with oversized everything has been easy. I tend to leave the power off for much of my ride, just add in pedal or throttle as needed. I really like the throttle because it is not limited by the PAS level. I can get up to the highest throttle speed even when in PAS 1 which is limited to about 8mph. Helps me get through a busy area quickly without having to change to PAS level 5 in a tight situation. ... show more

After riding the bike for a while, I experienced an issue with the controller and noticed the seat had a small tear underneath from shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They sent a replacement controller along with a helpful installation video, plus a new seat. The controller swap was straightforward. One tip: a little WD-40 helped loosen the screws on the controller compartment. The replacement controller is programmed more conservatively to prevent overheating, so the top speed is a bit lower than before. However, after increasing the tire pressure for pavement riding, I can comfortably cruise around 16–17 mph and reach about 18 mph with the throttle on flat ground. Overall, I appreciate how the seller handled the situation and stood behind their product. Their customer service made a positive difference.
