I got this today and it was easy to set up, instructions were very easy to scan a QR code and download the Starfit app on my phone. Once I turned on the scale, it automatically paired with the app on my phone, it was very fast and easy. then I stood on the scale and let it take it's measurements. took about 15-20 seconds to completed everything, and then I had a whole host of data, from my weight, water weight, fat mass, bone mass, and protein mass. It also measures my HR, Cardiac index, BMI etc.... the app is easy to understand and gives you grean, red, yellow/orange marks under each catagory, letting you know if you are in a good range for that measurement. The app lets you set up for multiple people and input your age, height, etc... I'm not sure if there is a calibration setting yet, as this scale is measuring me about 5 Lbs more than my old scale. I don't know which one is more accurate, but they both have good percesion as they both seem to come to the same measurement over and over again when I repeat them. So for now, I can say the percesion is great and accuracy I'm not sure but 5 Lbs either way isn't an issue for me. I also like the fact that this scale uses AAA batteries, unlike my old scale that uses watch coin batteries. I never have those coin batteries when they die on my, but having 4 little ones in the house, we always have AAA batteries on hand. I think this is a great scale at a great value for the money and it feels heavy and built with long term durability in mind. I would recommend this to anyone that wants more information out of their scale than just a weight number.

I’ve been using this smart scale for a while now, and I really like it! It’s super easy to use and gives me more than just my weight — it also tracks body fat, muscle mass, and water percentage. I love how it syncs straight to my phone so I can see my progress over time. The design is sleek, the numbers are easy to read, and it keeps me motivated to stay on track with my wellness goals. Idk. I had higher hopes, but this is the first body fat measuring i've owned. It says, I have twenty two point nine percent body fat. But I don't think this is accurate, I think it's much lower. When I look in a mirror I have clearly visible abs, which, in general, only happens when someone's below ten to twelve percent body fat. I was a certified personal trainer, and I spent twenty years on fitness.I know wha t he ll i'm talking about on this. It measures body fat through bioelectrical impedance, which is like those handheld things you can use at some gyms. I used to use them with my clients. They tend to overestimate the body fat you have when you're on a very lower end of it, and underestimate when you're on a very higher end. They're cheap and not the best accuracy but plenty useful for most people most of the time. The scale does measure to the tenth of a pound and matches my other skill that does that. That part looks reliable. As for the durability, their app want you to register the product. When I scan the barcode, it brings me to a website that does not list this particular model. Customer services in hong kong. There is no phone number and it made me download WhatsApp. Which there is currently no response. I guess I'll make this four stars instead of five. But for $35 or whatever i can't imagine the other scales are much better. Now if you're gonna go and spend two hundred on a similar scale, it probably is a lot better.

I am very happy with this scale! It’s super easy to use and gives quick, accurate results every time. The display is clear and easy to read, and I love how sleek and modern it looks. It’s lightweight, but also sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I really like that it turns on instantly when you step on it, and it turns off automatically to save battery.
