Iāve been using this ring light setup for over a year now, and itās still going strong. The lighting options are fantasticā53 modes give you plenty of flexibility whether you're filming, taking photos, or hopping on video calls. The 63" stand and multiple phone holders make it super convenient, and the iPad holder is a nice bonus. The only thing Iād mention is that the stand could be a little sturdier. It works fine, but if youāre moving it around a lot or using heavier devices, youāll want to be a bit careful. Overall, itās a great value and a solid tool for anyone doing content creation or just wanting better lighting at home.

Overall, this ring light did what I needed it to do and provided good lighting for videos, streaming, calls, or content creation setups. The brightness options and lighting modes were useful, and the included remote worked surprisingly well and made adjusting settings much more convenient during use. One thing I especially liked was the versatility of the setup. Having multiple phone holders and compatibility options made it flexible for different recording or workstation arrangements. The main downside for me was the overall sturdiness of the stand and some of the included detachable accessories. The stand itself worked, but it did not feel especially stable or premium, particularly once fully extended. Some of the extra attachment pieces also felt cheaply made and did not hold up very well over time. That said, the core functionality of the ring light itself was still solid. The lighting performed well, setup was fairly straightforward, and it served its purpose effectively despite the weaker accessory quality. Overall, while some of the included components could definitely be improved, the actual lighting performance and convenience still made this a worthwhile purchase for basic content creation or everyday lighting needs.

I'll give it four stars, but only because it's a ring light, and with a sprinkle of luck, you might get a good one. But folks, let me regale you with the epic tale of why this ring light and its Amazon brethren are the Shakespearean tragedy of lighting equipment. Let's Start with the Pros: Now, I'll admit, this ring light has some cool lighting controls and enough brightness to blind an astronaut. It's like having the sun in the palm of your hand, only less fiery. Ring Lights: The Silent Sabotagers: However, this isn't my first rodeo with ring lights, and let me tell you, they have a sordid history. Every single one, not just this champion, decided to self-destruct over time. It's like they have a built-in obsolescence chip that triggers after two weeks of use. The plug stops working, the lights start glitching, or the darn thing takes a nosedive because my phone's apparently too hefty for its delicate sensibilities. Work, Not Wrestle: I don't wrestle with these ring lights, folks. They're meant to make me look fabulous during Zoom meetings and video recordings, not pull off WWE moves. But alas, they've proven to be more fragile than a house of cards in a windstorm. The Walmart Redemption: After a series of letdowns that could rival a Greek tragedy, I found my knight in shining armor at Walmart. A sturdy ring light with fantastic lighting options, all for a price that didn't involve sacrificing my firstborn. Update: The company reached out to fix the situation bc I think the second phone clamp thing i received was defective. You could only attach it to the table mount but it only faced towards the ceiling. But this thing just isnāt going to work. It doesnāt work whenever I need it to. Itās just always falling apart. The lights are super finicky & flicker, no matter what type of USB block I use, even if itās plugged straight into my USB wall outlet. I have yet to use this thing w/out getting infuriated w/ it. I bought it to take cohesive merch photos for my online businessā¦but it defeats the purpose when the phone doesnāt stay in place in between photos & Iām having to readjust it non stop bc it droops since the phone is too heavy. So does the light. Itās just junk in my opinion. Again, I do appreciate the company reaching out. But for $30??? No thanks. Itās just not worth it. Also, I bought it bc it came w/ two tripods. But one of them is useless to me. & itās just not stable. It might work great for you, but itās not going to work for me. Iām so confusedā¦ i received 2 phone holder things but no way to attach the second one? So idk if I got the wrong parts or maybe I got extra parts? The tripod itself is okay. I wish the little flexible phone holder wasnāt so tall. It wonāt work for what I need it for bc of that issue. But I can still use it w/out the light. Thereās a few things I would change. It doesnāt feel very sturdy. The extra tabletop tripod is very unstable. Thereās no way to lock in the legs so you have to perfectly balance your device. Except iPhones are super heavy so it just falls over fairly easily. Itās a decent value for the price. But I specifically picked this one bc it came w/ 2 tripods. So it kind of stinks that the smaller one isnāt really functional. The little button thing is nice. Itās a little cheaper than the one I already have. But itās always good to have a backup. Especially w/ the way things are made these days. lol But yeah, if youre looking for something thatās going to be able to handle a ton of wear & tear or folding/unfolding & packing up.. Iād probably get a different one. But if youāre using this to just keep setup & youāre not going to need to move it around a ton.. then this would definitely work for that.
