I've had this a few months and use it once or twice a week, if that. The only drawback is that you cannot chose the color you want without cycling through the settings. I would prefer a remote with a pad, but it has a basic 5 button remote attached to the cord. It is good for my use. I don't use the colors anyway except on rare occasion. I run the light on a large battery power bank via usb and it's very portable that way. I can take it outside if I use it that way. The phone holder has been good so far, but the design is poor. I had to take my pop-socket off my phone to get it to sit where I want it to. It holds fairly still regardless. Blue tooth remote works intermittently depending upon the app. ... show more

Purchased for MD video visits but will find ways to use it for family photos and more. I bought this for working from home for zoom calls. Surprisingly only the pastel “spinning” setting looks normal/flattering. Everything else looks like I’m in a dance club. It’s fine but there are a lot of never-used bells and whistles. Set up is very easy. Simple to use.

The cord is a bit shorter than I would like, but I do like that it’s not a full size ring and that the phone doesn’t have to sit in the middle of the light. There is an attachment to put the phone in the middle of the light though which is cool
