Description

What Does the CAMMOO Binoculars Have? IPX7 Nitrogen-Filled Fog & Waterproof The advanced IPX7 nitrogen-filled waterproof technology has better performance than ordinary life waterproof, which offers excellent protection from water and dust while preventing the lens from ever fogging up. To be an excellent choice of monocular for your outdoor adventures. Super Fully Multi-Coating Lens As the core technical difficulty of the binocualrs, CAMMOO advanced SMC Super Fully Multi-coating further enhances the clarity of the picture. At the same time, SMC has better color reproduction and saturation than FMC, which is perfect choice for bird watching, concert, and the outdoors. 18mm Large Eyepiece - More Comfortable Picture Presentation, Reducing Wide Angle of View 16.5mm BAK-4 Prism - High Light Transmission, No Dark Edge Large Prism collect more lights that give a brighter view even in a low light environment.superior light transmission which is guaranteed to deliver clear and crisp images, no dark edge. Q&A What is the material of the binoculars? The CAMMOO binoculars are made of high-quality PPS material, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared with the ABS material used in other products, it has better stability and impact resistance, and children without peculiar smell can use it with confidence. What's the function of coating? Is there a difference between different coatings? Precise coating can better reduce the refraction of light, thereby providing a clearer image. Most of the binoculars on the market have only the outermost lens coated with a single-layer coating, while the 8 pieces of glass in the CAMMOO binoculars have been coated with a multi-layer coating process. It seems that most binoculars use FMC. Is your SMC better than FMC? Yes. SMC (Super Multi-coated) lens has significant improvements in both color fidelity and brightness and the elimination of flare and ghost images. It provides anti-reflective coatings on all air-to- glass surfaces, which brings 10% higher light transmission than FMC. Is the lens made of optical glass? Yes, and we use Grade A optical glass from Germany. This material has added a large amount of metal oxides and rare earth elements, and has been forged through dozens of processes, which bring a more high-definition and professional light transmission effect. Is it really waterproof? Yes. IPX7 nitrogen-filled waterproof provides better waterproof effect than normal IPX5 life waterproof, the construction is such that any ingress from water if submerged at a depth of one metre for 30 minutes is prevented, meanwhile avoiding fogging in adverse conditions.

3.0 out of 5 stars | Mediocre optics
Color: BLACK
Objects are not sharp despite plenty of effort used to adjust it. The lenses were clean. Compared to my friend’s Adasion binoculars with similar features, distant objects through this binoculars appear darker and blurrier when tested side by side. Adasion binoculars is lighter and cheaper.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Solid quality binoculars at a reasonable price
Color: BLACK
These 12x42 HD Binoculars feature some solid qualities at a reasonable price. Offering 12x magnification and a 42 mm objective lens, these binoculars are functional enough to facilitate all of the usual outdoor activities: such as bird and wildlife watching, rudimentary astronomical observations, sports and concerts. The viewing angle is sufficiently wide and imaging is reasonably bright and crisp. The 16.5mm BAK-4 roof prisms provide good light capture, with ample illumination for high-resolution images (I found only a slight decline of imaging quality at the image edges which appeared to be dependent on the quality of the ambient light). There is sufficient contrast in the images, making working in a wide variety of lighting conditions at least plausible. Cloudy days will impact imaging but that appears unavoidable unless you invest in premium binoculars. These binoculars seem robustly constructed: they are ostensibly water proof (although I was too spooked to throw them into the sink in order to prove it), fog-resistant (which I did prove by moving back-and-forth from warm humid air to cool and dry conditions and noticed no lens fogging), and they are resistant to a fair amount of jostling (but once again I was too spooked to drop them from a significant height). In any event, I'd avoid dropping them, if possible. The velcro locking carrying case is slightly protective, as is the adjustable neck strap. There are several comfort additions that I found helpful. The twistable eyecups manage to block bright glare and allow the watcher to find a focus setting that's comfortable for observing whether wearing glasses or not (which I do). The right eyepiece has a dioptric adjustment wheel for a more precise focus. I found adjusting it subtle enough to count as tricky but that's probably an artifact of my vision. There's a mobile phone adapter, a lengthy and adjustable strap, a lens cloth, and that carrying case that comes equipped with an interface adapted to attaching to a tripod. The bottom line is that this pair of reasonably priced binoculars struck me as a good investment. Superior optics can cost a fortune so for everyday use these binoculars are much more than merely functional. I quite like them and they've become my go-to everyday pair.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Pretty Okay
Color: BLACK
These aren't great. They aren't amazing. I don't love them. But they're inexpensive and they do very well for this price range. This is probably a throwback to the way my dad brought us up, but we were raised to always keep an eye out for something amazing in our world and to always have a pair of binoculars in our vehicles so we can pull over and gawk at the wildlife or the geography. For that purpose, these are pretty decent. They sit in my pickup and I can grab them from under the seat whenever I need to. But if I were to take these with me "out into the field" (I think that just means walking around as opposed to driving), I wouldn't be so happy. Without a good strap, these have to either ride in a backpack or get carried in my hands (which I refuse to do). I do have one unique criteria that most people don't have: the nose. Just like I judge my wine glasses on whether they leave room for my largish schnoz, I judge binoculars the same way. And these, well, they get a B- in the nosal region. They aren't horrible, but they aren't great either. So if you're like me (a guy with an above average honker, semi-cheap, and likes to have a pair of binoculars in every vehicle), then these are probably pretty OK. But if you have even an ounce more self-esteem or a few more shekels than I do, then maybe keep shopping for something a little more upscale.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great for hunting.
Color: BLACK
I wanted the green set they have but at the time it was unavailable so I got the black set. I have been trying out different types and styles for hunting. I believe I have finally found a set that I can be happy with. They work for both scoping out the fields while hunting and then also while I’m sighting in my bow. If your an archer then you already know that when your shooting at 20 yards it’s hard to see exactly where your arrow is on the target so when your at 40, 50, or even 60 yards then you already know it’s impossible to know where the arrow hit on target so who wants to walk back and forth every shot to try and get the sight dialed in. These do a great job at that. They come with a really nice neck strap and case although I have a harness I will be using but it’s still nice to see that the accessories are good quality and not just something cheap they threw in. I would definitely recommend this set of binoculars. I mean the price is great on this set and for what you get I think it’s an awesome deal and a way to prove that you don’t have to spend several hundred dollars to get a great set of binoculars.
