This wreath is very pretty. The lights and decorations are nicely placed and well lit. I also love the timer feature on the remote. I don’t have to remember to turn it on or off once I set it up.

The wreath looked and sounded great in the description. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like it is pictured. Battery box is clear plastic. Lighting modes on battery box are not as listed. No steady warm white, fading warm white or flashing warm white. Multicolor is always on. Multicolor consists of warm white, blue, green. No red for being an RGB LED. The remote is absolutely useless. On and Off buttons operate as On buttons. Only way to turn off the wreath is pressing the Increase Brightness button. Decrease button does not work at all so there is no control of brightness. A, B, C buttons do not operate as listed. A - fades, B - steady, C- flashes. The other buttons are useless: first set changes flashing rate, second set does nothing. 4/8 hour timer buttons are likewise useless. Will be returning.

I just received an order I placed on Amazon for a 24" Christmas Wreath for Front Door - Prelit Christmas Decorations Wreath - 24 Inch Traditional Xmas Wreath with Red Berries, Pine Cones, Silver Bristles, Battery Operated String Lights, Wreath Hanger. The instructions states that that it "offers an easy way to switch modes and set 6h/8h". I am able to set the modes but there is nothing on the battery holder/modes setting to "set 6h/8h". In other words, I do not see anything to set the time to 6hrs or 8hrs. Not happy.

Follow up after a few weeks the company has maintained contact with me about the wreath. They have tried their best to try and make my order right. They have sent a new set of string lights with remote along with a box of decorative balls. Their service has gone beyond my expectations for most any company. Very nice wreath, lights didn't work, wrong wreath sent. Customer service very nice and tried to help as much as they knew how. I repaired the lights to find they sent the less expensive wreath that I ordered, customer service wanted me to order more parts that they said they would reimburse me for and I appreciate that but I wasn't going to put over $75 in a $49 wreath. Customer service simply should have sent out the correct wreath as a replacement.
